good lacation and cool staff
Good location,usefull stuff
Noise and ventilation
Nice location Owners are nice even if raoul dont speak much English we could still understand each others :)
Sometimes a bit noisy with a idiot watching TV too loud and some people partying in the building but bearable.
clean rooms, central location, cheap price on weekdays
lack of common room, wifi only works near the lobby
Very good location, clean. Was very acceptable for this money
Building was difficult to find/ recognize. Old facilities
A refrigerator and a microwave are equipped.
Usually, hotel staff are not at the hostel. If you have a word with him/her, you bother to telephone. Some equipment in the room is broken.
ıts very good located, clean and comfortable.
It's well located, the staff was helpfull after he arrives (but he was not there when I arrived).
The WI-FI didn't work in my room. One shower was broken and it was not always there were toilet paper inside the bathroom.
Location, and there is a it up to the 4th floor where the hostel is.
Mo window in the room I was in, got very stuffy!
At first the entrance downstairs doesn't look pleasant but when we went upstairs, the whole place was nice and clean and feels cozy. Its a quiet place for resting after a whole day of travel.
The staff were very friendly... Location was perfect.. We had a room with a balcony and ensuite and it was perfect for a young couple on a budget! Free fast wifi, water fountain and a coffee machine that costs 1 euro for a coffee...Would definitely recommend :)
It is what you exactly, a good bed and clean, for the price that I paid it was perfect.
maybe the building is kind of old, but anyway for the price is excellent.
Good Hostel and nive personals. Hostel is near the madrid Poyal Palace, only 4 minutes a walk. You need to take a Opera subway station.
Location is perfect, close to everything but on the calm street
Walls are too thin, you can here everything that happens around. The staff does not speak English well. Had some small problems with the room too.
The price, the location and the people working there.
The smell when I entered the room and the feeling that it was not the most clean place that I have been probably because the equipment and the room is old.
The only good thing about this hostel is the location.
The rooms were extremely small with barely any space for the luggage. The building and the furniture are very old. Also the TV didn't work. If you have the option choose another hostel, this was a complete disappointment.
Very conveniently located in Opera Metro is within walking distance of all major sites you might want to visit while in Madrid: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, La Gran Vía, Palacio Real, etc.
First night we were hosted in not so comfortable room with very little space between the bed and the wall and no windows, but in the morning the switched us to a much better air ventilated room that made up for the inconvenience of the first room.
Cleanliness, accessibility, location and staff helpfulness.
Very well located and very atencious owners. A nice place to spend some days in Madrid.
Very cheap. Mini fridge, sink and microwave in room. Location. Staff was very kind. Washrooms always clean and available. Elevator.
Single room was interior and window facing other people's room so littleprivacy if you want any ventilation. Room was not cleaned for my 3 night stay.
Very close to the Metro, very close to many of Madrid's major sights/monuments (ex: Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor), very friendly staff, double bed with sink in room, very budget-friendly
thin walls (ie, very noisy), no Wifi in bedrooms
I like location and the price very much as they were the best ones! Such a friendly and nice staff. They agreed to keep my laggage till late evening when I have my flight. Very good internet in the room. Nice view from balcony. Everything what I need was in my room. I'll recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Scaring wooden stairs and dark. Somtimes noise outside because of young people passing the street. I payed extra 8 euro for the room which I've booked by your website as I was showed the worse one and even they at the begining I was asked 18 euro more(((
Extremely noisy, definitely will never come back because we could not rest and staff was noisy and careless (how can you care about customers if you do not care about yourself?)
Tiny room, cramped, micro-oven stacked up on refrigerator right next to bed, NO DESK or place to right.
