Just a short walk to major sites and a short walk to public parking. Would recommend it with no hesitation.

Very friendly staff. Located in the old city. Touristic places nearby. Nice and quiet room.

The staff were super helpful with every question I had, and we're attentive throughout my three night stay. The location is perfect in the centro part of town and a beautiful walk up to the Albaicyn. Close to restaurants and squares where the action is. Facilities are simple but clean, which is all I need when I'm in a beautiful place like Granada.

Wifi signal was strong in the hallway and common areas, but signal was inconsistent in the rooms. But again, I don't go to places like Granada to hang out on the internet in my hotel room.

The staff were very helpful and honest in their dealings with me, they accepted responsibility for the error in the booking

I was in an annex to the main hotel the electrical connection to the TV needed some attention but it did not concern me

Excellent location ,close to Tapas bars , places of interest and secure car park WiFi in our room worked perfect

Basic room but considering how cheap it was for the one night all we needed

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff, especially the funny and lovely Spanish lady (maybe the owner) and the young Ukrainian polyglot very nice and competent, whose sense of humour had us in stitches.

Perhaps as an upshot of the central location, our room (in a separate building) was above a number of bars, which stayed unbearably noisy, as far as we could tell, 24 hours a day. This may not be the case for the rooms in the main building, but we also felt that our room was a little neglected - we had to ask for things (toilet paper, non synthetic bed sheets) that really should have been provided automatically, though of course they were happily given to us on request.

Central location, lovely staff, very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Spaniards are loud you must accept this and also understand that they eat, drink and party late!! Don't expect to sleep that well if you are staying at Costa Azul over a weekend!

The location was good. It was in a lively area, next to the restaurant street Calle Navas.

No lift. No Wifi in the room. No bath tub. But we cannot complain considering the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and with good facilities. Very good internet connection. The location is in the centre of the city.

No elevator to reach the upper floor - a bit difficult when have to carry up heavy luggage.
