The hostel staff managed in a very efficient and friendly way the problem we had with the Booking.com data transfer. Despite the fact that they did not receive our booking information, they found place for us at another hostel.

Booking.com data transfer did not work! The hostel did not expect us, although we had all the necessary confirmations from Booking.com. Reconfirm your booking directly with hotel. The hostel is situated in the party district, so expect that it will be noisy during the night (and till early morning). We could not sleep at all.

The staff were so friendly and kind. My room was small and clean. The hostal was right in the heart of Chueca and was a great base for both cultural and night life. The cafe that provided breakfast was really lovely and friendly too

The owner/manager was lovely. The rooms are comfortable and decorated in a cosy, individual manner.

The shower room was tiny. Due its location its probably a little noisy for some, but not a problem if you're planning a few late nights during your stay.

The hotel was well located in the Chueca neighbourhood, and yet surprisingly quiet at night. The rooms are simple, clean, comfortable. I particularly liked climbing 3 flights of rickety stairs to the hotel, and that the helpful friendly staff only spoke Spanish, as they should. I would most certainly recommend this hotel for those looking to have a great time in the wonderful party-town of Madrid.

The best value for your money, excellent location (a few meters from two subways stops), friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. I have read in some comments that the stairs were terrible, but when I arrived to the front desk, I continued looking for this "terrible stairs" without found them.

Due to the fact that I am not a luxury seeking traveller I have not found a negative aspect at the hotel. I repeat: It offers a high value for your money!

Just at the city centre, about 5 mins walking to the Gran Via metro station, close to the main shopping area, supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby (nearest proper, large supermarket 10 mins walking). The staff is very kind and helpful. Bed comfortable. There is washing basin in the room. There is a fan, too, however I came at the worst season of the city, even with the fan it's still very hot.

It's on the 4th Floor without alevator, and the stairs are not easy to climb. Not recommended if you are travelling with large, heavy luggage.

It was well located, good value for money, near lots of bars and clubs, ideal for people who are looking for some fun on the top of getting to know Madrid. I would stay there again!

Although it is on the fourth floor and there is no lift, exercising is always good for our health lol!

Small room, very poor light (only one lamp above the sink and one small lamp near the bed). Window mechanism did not work correctly so I couldn't close it.

Very friendly staff and great location! It's about 10 minutes walk from the Prado and surrounded by the hbest restuarants found in Madrid. Great location from which to explore the city and great value for money :)

The walls are very thin so you can hear anything that's going on in the corridor. It's a fairly noisy area too, but that's to be expected. Also there isn't a lift up to the hotel, the stairs aren't that bad at all, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a pram/wheelchair/stilettos...

L'accueil était très sympathique, l'hôtel était bien situé pour visiter la ville a pied, la chambre était spacieuse, pas de vis-à-vis, pas de bruit ce qui me paraît être un luxe pour une ville comme Madrid! Le petit dej espagnol n'était pas à notre goût (il faut aimer les pâtisseries très sucrées) mais typique.

Staf simpático e amigável. Ótima localização.

O café da manhã é pobre, e a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar.
