Room was beautiful and very clean. Wifi was good. Location great. I loved the french door in our room.
Although very clean, the bathroom was very very small. Otherwise no negatives.
Can't beat the location! Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff spoke enough English that I had no problems.
The hotel is good, clean, the staff is friendly, the location is dine too, but in the end you get what you pay for, no luxury.
I was in the 2nd floor, so I. The evening there was some noise in the street abd I couldn't sleep so well.
Friendly staff, tile floors, nice clean bathroom, good mattress, nice clean sheets, located within walls of Avila.
A fan in the room would have been nice as room got a little stuffy from midday heat.
Staff friendly, Showers were great - rain drench and standard and side jets - not what we were expecting in a budget hostel
room quite dark but we were hardly there so didn't really matter
Location was close to everything Housekeeping was great
Wifi wasn't reliable
Everything you need or want from basic accommodations. Would stay again. Thanks!
Awesome shower. Excellent location. Very clean.
No air conditioning.
Friendly staff, great location, very good quality for the low price.
Room was rather noisy, you could hear neighbours flush the toilet, however, this was the only negative, I would definately stay here again.
Very friendly staff, fairly basic room but it was quite and clean, hotel is within the Avila wall, very easy walking distance to all sights. Great value for price
No free electrical outlets, had to unplug one of the night table lights. Bed was too soft for me, the head board moved and hit the wall every time I stir in bed.
Staff were very friendly
No central heating or A/C Limited amount of Wall Outlets
the staff was very kind and friendly, the room was clean. We had no problem at all.
Ana in reception was varyr friendly and helpful.
Staff had very little English but were keen to learn and very enthusiastic to help in any way they could. Some problems were resolved with the aid of Google Translate. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
Location, price, indoor garage (though paid)
Everything was superb!
For the price it was quite good.
Smell of smoke. It is not that well preserved - shower was damaged and repared with tape.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, everything was spotless. Fantastic value for money.
Just a few small niggles - no plug in the bathroom sink, rather flimsy toilet seat, strong smell of cleaning materials when we first arrived. But nothing serious.
In the old town so close to most of the places we wanted to see. Reception very friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good, simple bathroom facilities with hair dryer. Parking facilities well worth €10 as parking is difficult in Ávila.
We were on the ground floor so had to sleep with earplugs as there was a lot of street noise throughout the night. Internal noise too. Limited toiletries which is not a problem so long as you know.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Huge bedroom and great shower. With the blinds there is no light at all coming from outside! Quiet and inside the medieval city.
Although the heating was switched on during the night, I couldn't be warm at all. Probably because the room is too big to warm it. I had to use 2 blankets, dress lots of clothes and sleep with my face covered. Couples might not have this problem.
The lovely Laura on Reception, she was so polite and helpful. We booked this hostel at short notice and were very pleased with the price. It was very comfortable and I would recommend it to anybody looking for accommodation on a budget.
The price, the friendliness of the staff. The bed is very comfy.
The walls are very thin, thus you can hear everything that's going on in the next room, and next floor, depending on the guests. It would be good to have breakfast, specially in cold days.
Bed was bit too soft
