The hotel is charming and the staff are friendly

The breakfast is very basic and less than expected from such a nice place. Heating not very good and the noise insulation is very minimal

One of my favourite hotels! Located just below the old town of Ainsa at the confluence of two rivers with stunning views in all directions- great value for money and a friendly efficient staff. Very biker friendly with motorbike spaces just outside the hotel and a large garage across the road for overnighting

Only complaint was constant banging of some door on the ground floor which was very annoying during the day as it was there constantly Thankfully it stopped after midnight but started again about 0800

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere;the twin rooms are very spacious - excellent beds, good central position,great value.

Rooms not very sound proof could hear people walking up/down stairs,and doors banging !

Peanuts...but the mattresses were to hard for old people and perhaps you can take care of sharper knives in the breakfastroom.

Friendly and accomodating. Lovely location at the foot of the mountains, 10 minutes walk to the pretty village of Ainsa and right opposite the tourist information office. Family friendly cafe, with good breakfasts. Provides packed lunch for family outings.

All the staff were very helpful and a pleasant stay was had by the group. I would definitely use this hotel again.

No lift.

We were touring on motorcycles and found the hotel staff very friendly we were given a key for a garage for the motorcycles so we were able to park them securely. Probably due to the hotel being fairly quiet we were given a suite of rooms instead of just a bedroom and bathroom at no extra charge. Meals in the restaurant were good quality and reasonable price.

Average room. We stayed ina triple room which was 2 twin beds pushed together and an uncomfortable pull-out couch. This was on the hotel side. We booked the hostel side, but were " upgraded" to the hotel side because it was available. It was 2 roms a small kitchen and a bathroom. Very nice staff. Great breakfast, included + a free mini bottle of wine given to us at check out. Parking across street in locked garage was included.

Mold in shiwer. Pull-out couch was third bed in triple and was very uncomfortable.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, tienen un salon grandísimo y una cocina prácticamente completa. Está todo muy limpio. Por el precio que tiene, inmejorable

No tiene ascensor y si vas con maletas...

La falta de ascensor. Bajar a desayunar desde el 3º piso al sotano , subir a lavarte los dientes y bajar a pagar son exactamente=204 escaleras. Abstenerse los de caderas artrosicas

Es muy acogedor y familiar, en muy buen sitio para pasar unos dias tranquilos ,en una población bonita,rodeada de excelentes parajes.

Todo el Valle de Ordesa y la zona medieval de Ainsa, con sus bonitos paisajes.

El trato de todo el personal es excelente, la comida muy rica y las habitaciones muy limpias. Realmente recomendaría este hotel a mis amigos.Mi agradecimiento a todas las chicas por su atencion

la comodidad de dejar el coche delante, el servicio y la limpieza. A pesar de estar en la carretera no se oía el tráfico por el doble cristal.

Hôtel trés propre, accueil chaleureux, bien situé.

La situation pour visiter le village fortifié. La gentillesse du patron et tout à portée de main.Aller manger au restaurant sous les arcades de la ville fortifiée el , cuisine gastronomique pour 28€ vous n'en reviendrait pas!!! Digne d'un trés bon chef Français, mais leur réputation n'est plus à faire.

La situación, la atención del personal,el silencio nocturno. La suerte que nos alojaron en un apartamento, ideal para ir con niño/s, dispusimos de 2 habitaciones independientes (con tv en las dos), salón y cocina.
