The receptionist waited for me until 22:40 (the place normally closes at 22:00). [They called me after I made the booking and we made the arrangement]. The room was clean and quiet and well appointed. There was free coffee At 35€ for the night it is an unbeatable deal if you have business in the area.....
Entrance of the apartment is dark in the late hours of the night.
Budget Hostal with perfect accomodities
Everything was perfect! -small but enough for just sleeping and very clean room and bathroom with towels and hairdryer, wonderful helpfull staff and so close to all you need: something to eat, drink, buy, subway and wonderful road to walk to the park and city centre.WiFi was working excellent. I hope I will come back here one day! Thank you very much! :)
Everything was ok, nothing to complain.
The location is good, it is possible to walk to center of Madrid. Very pleasant personal, the shower in room, the shared small kitchen with microwave, icebox and coffee machine.
The hostel is placed on the 3rd floor of building, so it is not easy to find it from the street (very small table at the entry door). You can't check-in after 22.00 (and after 20.00 at mondays).
Staff were very friendly and the room was lovely and very clean. Free coffee an added bonus! Fantastic value for money and location was great for getting around. You can walk into the city centre but the hostal is also just across the road from a metro station.
Friendly staff, very easy to find, free tea and coffee, with comfortable, well decorated rooms that had air conditioning (it was needed!). Would definitely stay here again if we return to Madrid
- Excellent and central place to stay in Madrid. - Excellent service and value for money. - Excellent location, directly opposite to a metro station. Clean, pleasant and well equipped room and very friendly, helpful staff. In short everything you need for a wonderful stay in Madrid.
Every things, except the door at ground floor and elevator because it is old and seems frightening 555
Staying there was perfect! I can recommend it to anyone. There is a small room where the owners invite you to prepare your tea or coffee at their expense. I could iron my clothes in another small room. Although I took a very small single room, everything was new and comfortable, very clean and cosy. It is situated perfectly, El Corte Ingles just across the street, cry nice surroundings, very near from the centre, on the neighboring streets you can find small cafes and bars. Perfect wifi connection. Very good quality for a low price.
The location was awesome. The bathroom en suite was clean and comfortable
The wi-fi access point was too far from my room, so the connection was poor
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and the location was good, about a 25 minute walk to the heart of the city or on a number of bus or metro lines.
The entrance hall before you get into the Hostal was dark & unwelcoming but all is good once inside.
Building entrance was a bit dark.
Highly above expectation. I arrived at 10:30 pm, which was later than the usual time for their reception to close, but the staff waited for me patiently. The room's clean, equipped with hairdryer, TV, air conditioner... The location is perfect, only several meters from the metro and a supermarket, and it's also within walkable distance to Plaza de Espana and Templo de debod.
The location of the hotel (just in front of the metro station). A very welcoming and helpful staff. This Hostal very affordable and clean
There is some noise sometimes during the night
The location (near to El corte ingles, Starbucks, important shops and most importantly a walking distance from the place I had to be early in the morning), clean and recently renovated, the room was small but sufficient for what I needed and for the money I paid.
The noise done by some clients at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning. Not a very good location if you need to study because if your room is close to the reception you can hear everything they say.
It was a hostel really near from the center of madrid, with metro station very close, shops restaurants. It was a safe area,
Nothing negative to say, for my purposes it was very good, I was just looking for a bed, shower and, wifi connection.
Good value for money! Comfortable and warm room! Well located!
All of it, all was excellent!
Nice place with a very well connected public transport.
Good location. Very near to the metro station.
No hair dryer.
Very good quality/price ratio. The room was really essential but clean and quiet.
It is not easy to notice the plaque on the main entrance of the building. Once inside, there are not directions for the floor/door.
good location, nice, but no english spoken staff, clean rooms, every day fresh towels
Small room and very small double bed, with open window it is very noisy
The hostel is just a few meters from a well connected metro stop. The room was super clean and its design makes good use of the limited space. When considering the little it costed me, the value for money is incredible!
Nothing to complain about.
