needed somewhere to stay for an overnight stop through Madrid airport. The staff collected me within 10 minutes of me calling and dropped me back at 7am. Highly recommeded

I had a trouble witht he flush of the toilet. However, for being there just one night, it was not a big issue.

Very clean, economical and staff very friendly. They have a shuttle to/from airport which makes it very easy access. Don't take a taxi from the airport to the hotel - they rob you. Even though the hotel is VERY close to the airport, the taxi charges a LOT of money for a very short trip. I would stay there again.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is probably the best choice for travelers spending one night in Madrid to wait for their flight the next morning. Free shuttle to come back and forth from terminal t4.

Heating was not working properly

Fantastic and quick service of airport service, at no extra cost. Very close by to Madrid airport, the perfect hostal for a layover stay! Friendly staff, room with all the commodities and very clean! Recommended!

Accessibility to the airport is very convenient as it is only ten minutes away so it is great as a stop over hotel.

It would have been more convenient to have a hotel phone at the airport that links directly to the hotel to arrange pickup rather than having to find the currency and the number to call.

Very close to the airport. Already fair price, includes transport to and from airport.

As to be expected the location is far away from everything (industry), nevertheless they even have the possibility to order diner for you! Towards the airport only a trip once an hour, could have saved me half an hour early in the morning.

Over night stay for long layover between flights - Excellent service - picked up at airport, easy check-in, helpful and freindly staff, small but clean room (best shower I have had in ages - the power of a water cannon!) dropped back to the airport in plenty of time for my connecting flight. Perfect budget airport hotel.

Small family run hotel which offers more than one would expect for the price. Perfect place for overnight stay by the airport. Large room, large beds, full size bath, powerful hairdryer, Mitsubishi aircon, TV. Convenient complimentary shuttle to/from airport on demand. Longterm parking.

The price.

The level of service, the decoration of rooms - very poor. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. A shabby area. A bar nearby - full of noisy and drunk locals.

Very close to the airport, with free shuttle bus as well. Quiet at nigth, clean and good room for the price. Good crew, some english speaking, and also cheap prices in the coffe and other things machines. Good wifi, etc.

Is a bit isolated in a industrial zone out of any town, but a bar/restaurant in the corner. There are many killed animals in the hotel shown as trophies, maybe this like to someone, not to me. Is a little old and that is visible in the windows for example, but all this is very little compared with the good aspects, given that what you want is a cheap, clean and quiet room for the next day to flight.

The acceptable price, near to the airport - that 's why the hostal has been booked.

I came by car from the south of Spain and wished to sleep before the longue flight with the early departure. I get the room in the ground floor - and had to hear loud voicies from the reception area and the neighbor rooms till 1 a.m.

Clean, FREE 24-hour airport shuttle, friendly, helpful and accommodating (bilingual) staff!

The neighborhood looked sketchy, didn't feel comfortable walking around.

Conveniently located close to the airport makes this hotel excellent for budget conscious travellers. Very helpful and friendly staff

The room was clean

The receptionis was very reluctant at giving information. Since there was no restaurant in the Hotel, he sent us to the neares bistro (most probably owned by his friend) of a very low quality and with really rude personnel.

We used this hostal as a stop-over while waiting for a flight. It was fine, and close to the airport. Not much to say but it was clean enough for a stay of literally 6 hours.
