Situated next to Avila Town Hall, this guest house offers a traditional restaurant and simple rooms with free Wi-Fi, a TV and a private bathroom. Avila Cathedral is a 2-minute walk away. Located within the city walls, very close to a lovely square. Everything is close by. Hotel Is fine for a base The restaurant guy does not speak English and made no attempt to understand our requests. He was smoking behind the bar and his manner bordered on hostile. He never said good morning or smiled he constantly seemed to be in a bad temper and I felt like I was being a nuisance asking for a coffee. It made breakfast very unrelaxed. He really needs to work on his customer service skills and stop smoking. Very few people speak English in Avila which I can understand but there is no excuse to have such a hostile manner to a paying customer. Also the reception guy, who was more civil was smoking at Reception.

Best wi-fi coverage ever found in an hotel. Top connection in every corner, bar, room, hall. Super if you have to work! Food at the bar (tapas) and at the restaurant is genuine. Many locals! Check it out!

The hostel is in the very heart in the city, which was very nice. Although it's called „hostal“, I would say it can be perfectly described as a 3 star hotel, comparing to a lot of other hotels we have used. Basic, but has everything what you need when traveling. Friendly and pleasant owner, has a restaurant in the same building. The breakfast had no time limit, which allowed us to rest. The restaurant of the hotel was really slow at the lunch hour, but then again the food was great, so if you are not in a rush, it's really recommended.

la ubicación, el precio y el desayuno la habitación planteaba problemas para acceder a la parte de la cama pegada a la pared. La cama tiene unas patas que te clavas al pasar porque el espacio es mínimo

La ubicación es muy buena,de todas formas Avila no es muy grande y paseando se recorre rapidamente. La habitacion a la calle genera muchos ruidos.

Los trabajadores del hostal han sido muy amables en todo momento. La relación calidad/precio es excelente,ademas esta situado en el casco historico de avila por lo que esta centrico a todo.

Todo perfecto, habitación, desayuno, ubicación.. Quizas por poner una pega la televisión esta a una altura que no se ve bien. La habitación no es demasiado grande pero era individual y a bajo precio.

Der erste äußere Anblick in einer "Rincón" ...wurde von der modernen, sehr angenehmen Ausstattung von Hotel und Zimmer/Bad und der herzlichen Freundlichkeit sowie dem Service der Mitarbeiter, schon 1 Stunde VOR "offizieller Ankunftszeit" Zimmer+Bad benutzen zu dürfen...sofort überdeckt (in einer alten Stadt m ü s s e n Hotels gemütlich-alt aussehen...), 1 Stunde früher Frühstück wurde freundlich gewährt...die Tapas in der angeschlossenen Bar... Deliciosas. Ein Regennachmittag könnte ein Lesenachmittag sein - leider gab keine der 3 Lampen im Zimmer annähernd ausreichend Licht... Leselampe für den Buchdeckel mitbringen!

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Ávila. El desayuno, pese a basarse en bolleria, es bastante correcto y te dejan repetir cuantas veces quieras. Horrible insonorización, se oía todo lo que pasaba en la calle, máquinas limpiando, camiones, gente gritando por la noche. Necesitaria mejorar ese aspecto. Las sábanas estaban pasadas (se hizo un agujero enorme).
