Hostal Falfes  

after restoration, clean and nice at the middle of madrid, parking avilable(8 erou), good recomandation

self breakfast room is not comfortable and equiped with minimum needs ( water ect.)

Well I complained the last time I stayed in there about the unful smell when you entered in the hostal,but on my second time on the hostal the bad smell was gone,so am pleased that they listen to their customers.

The location was very good to Move around Madrid

Clean, well-maintained, convenient location very close to Estrecho metro stop.

Small room, poor quality shower gel and shampoo.

Check out was at noon. Close to metro.

The mattress and bedding were poor quality. The floors are all laminated and the hostel is very noisy with people wheeling in suitcases at all hours. Walls are paper thin. Staff do not speak English and all notices are in Spanish. No wi- fi facility, you have to bring your own laptop. Shower room was pretty dirty. All in all, a noisy hostel on a busy main road.

The single-room I had was clean and was cleaned every day, like in a hotel. The subway stop "Estrecho" (serving Line 1) is just around the corner.

The walls are very thin, so the house is rather loud – if you're a rather sensitive sleeper like me, you'd better bring ear plugs. The hostel itself is in a side street, though, so at least you don't get much noise from the street. Payment was expected on arrival, so giving them my credit card info on booking.com didn't actually pay for the stay – it would have been nice if this was actually mentioned. Also, staff seems to be only speaking Spanish.

came here for the champions league match between madrid and manchester united and hotel was located in an ideal place as it was 10 minute walk to stadium

Value for money, the bathrooms were very clean with hot water.

The room was a bit cold, because the heating was low. I asked to turn it up but it didn't happen. If I was staying for more days I would have asked to change room

Communication problem. Dificult to communicate since those at the reception speak only spanish. Effort should be made to speak English n French Thanks to the 2 persons(attendants) who could speak english n French; Otherwise we r satisfied n will tell our friends to visit you. Convenient location, newly renovated interior and rooms. Affordable and excellent value for money.

The staff spoke almost no English.

Short distance to bernabeu stadium,only 10 minutes walk and always straight on :) at only 50 meters there is a metro station,so for me it was perfect.

it was close to the subway

This is the perfect hotel to stay in if you are going to Santiago Bernabeu stadium. It is very good value for money, clean rooms and with nice service. Location wouldn't be ideal for visiting the centre of Madrid, although it may be worth it if you are on a budget

La relación calidad precio es excelente. Esta un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero aun así hay una boca de metro a solo unos pasos. Cabe destacar la limpieza.

Buena comunicación en metro. Parking en el mismo lugar, muy económico. Refaccionado, bueno en relación calidad precio.

Buena ubicacion, el trato del personal es cordial, muy cerca de la estacion de estrecho y de 3 lineas del metro. Al Bernabeu se puede ir caminando, zona tranquila y con muchos comercios cercanos. Lo recomiendo

La sorpresa que nos llevamos al entrar, porque por fuera tenía pinta de ser muy cutre y al entrar estaba todo nuevo y muy limpio. Lo mejor es la relación calidad precio. Y a pesar de que compartíamos baño, dentro de la habitación teníamos nuestro propio lavabo. Vimos continuamente a gente de la limpieza, el personal de recepción fue amable y la habitación está bastante bien, limpia, con ventilación, con tv, lavabo, armario y la cama era bastante cómoda. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomiendo.

Por poner alguna pega, la zona. Es cierto que está bastante cerca de la castellana y tiene al lado una parada de metro, "Estrecho", pero está en una parte de la zona de Bravo Murillo más conflictiva. Nosotros, no obstante, no tuvimos ningún problema

Relación calidad precio excelente. Habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y cómoda. WiFi gratuita. A 10 minutos andando de torre picaso.
