Value for Money
Good beds, good WiFi, great showers and next to a decent tube stop. Perfect for the price.
Clean bedroom. Close to metro station of line 1
Shared bathroom could have been a bit bigger and some gests cleaner
Enjoyed my stay, the location, the staff, the room, just liked everything.i highly recommend it to everyone.
Hostal Falfes is a very nice hostel close to the city of Madrid. The room was clean and tidy and the staff very kind. About 10 minutes ride to the city by tram and 10 minutes walk to the Estadio Bernabeu. I would recommend to book an ensuite. Muchos gracias y hasta pronto!
The owners English was limited but they were so friendly and we were able to communicate. It was clean and beds were made on a daily basis. Excellent value for money and in a good location. Close enough to the Bernabau to walk.
The room smelt of smoke quite strongly on the first day.
Great staff. Very clean. Comfortable room. Really good value for money.
Wi-Fi was poor.
Your location is really good.
WC is not into the room.
I always go here whenever I go to Real Madrid games. Because it's close to the stadium, ( 10 minutes walking ) and the staff are very nice. They don't speak much English, but I speak a bit of Spanish. It's a good neighborhood and the beds are all right. Take ear plugs with you cause the walls are thin. Wifi is great and fast.
Staff were very helpful. The hostel was located very close to the metro so it was easy to get into town. There were some places to get food on the same street, but mostly pizza and kebabs, many.
Staff's English was really poor. The room was a bit noisy.
Stayed in the double room with bathroom could not have been happier with the facilities would reccomend to anyone !!! Completly mordernized
Nothing!!! Choose the en suite rooms though
The staff was good, especially the elderly guy who was very humble and of helping nature. I appreciate his help
The transport cost from airport to back was thrice than the stay cost. So it becomes difficult for Asians. Perhaps I thought it was better to take a room much closer to the airport than paying 30 euros one way for the transport.
The staff were very pleasant, it was very clean, rooms were adequate and it was excellent value for money.
Bathrooms are 1 person only. It is on the floor but you are by yourself, which is good. Good wifi coverage and speed. Helpful personnel
Sometimes hard to find the street the hostel is at.
Two minute walk from Metro line no.1 Host does not know English, but really tries. Close to Bernabeu stadion. Rooms small, but very confortable and nice. The pictures are totally like the room. Although it is only a Hostel, there is new towels every day, as well al all kind of necessary cosmetics and hair dryer. We were totally satisfied!
Small road with high traffic and a little bit loud especially the trash car at arond midnight...
Clean, smart, nice-looking cosy room. FREE fast WIFI! Great location - just 2-3 mins walking to metro station.
NOISE! Thin walls, noise from the street if windows are open. You can hear next-door people activities. Staff's poor english (common problem in Spain though)
Free wifi, room condition
Staff's English was really poor but cheerful
I liked everything, it Was clean most importantly, keep it up
Insuite bathroom. Air-conditioning. Friendly staff (bad english but they surely try).
Once you get there, it seems you are in Colombia. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the area at night. In the room you'll find a plasticized mattress, noisy whenever you try to move and on top of that you realize the TV is chained to the wall. The overall feeling is that you are in a "not so good" area and the hostel has its vibe.
I had a small, clean room for 1 person on the ground floor with shower and toilet. WiFi was OK. There was TV and condition. It was clean, every day they tidy up a room.
The only drawback was that on the ground floor I can here all reception activity as if they were next to me. But with earplugs and good long walks around the city I have no problem to sleep :-) Any way, it worth the money spent.
They did everything to help, even with the language barrier. Really kind people
Very friendly service (no English though!), clean, close by metro stations (+- 10min walk), 10min walk from the Santiago Bernabéu, nearby the airport, shower + toilet in separate room (if you book a room with shared bathroom) but you can lock the shower + toilet so complete privacy, staying here on my next visit to the Bernabéu (& Madrid) for sure
A bit noisy, but not necessarily the hotel's fault, next time earplugs!
Cheap Clean Receptionist very friendly (& good French :) ! )
Small, very thin walls but prob as expected for price range
