The location is just near the Sol Square. The price is cheap! It's in the top of the building, you can have a good view in the balcony.

The facility is not so good.

Location is perfect for city trips, just in the center. But for those requiring at least a bit of comfort for a reasonable price would definetely advise to stay not in the center but in the modern hotel

Room pictures on the website look way better than in reality. Had the initial booking for a double room with a private bathroom for several nights, but stayed only the first one, since it was not possible to cancel and we arrived late in the evening. The room looks more like a closet, the "double bed" is not fitting for 2 persons anyhow, grey smelly towels, no curtains on the window with a window of shared toilets just opposite and bright light from it in the room the whole night!!! Room door very thin and closing badly, so we could hear every noise made in any corner of the floor, especially from the shared restrooms in the corridor. No sleep guaranteed. Immediately cancelled the booking for the following nights and stayed in the great 4* hotel in Chamartin for the same money!!!!

Location is perfect, and the cityview from our room was suberb.

Bathroom/toilet is not really seperated from the room. When a roommate is going to the toilet you can hear and smell him.

We liked that it was right inside of Madrid. But actually there are plenty of better hostels around, only in this building there are more than 6 hostels. A common shower/bathroom was good, clean with hot water.

The room we got first was ok, but tv didn't work, we had no kitchen as promised on booking.com and no city view. The only thing we could see from our window is a big wall. We prolonged our stay and it cost 10 euro more, but we got very bad room, so we took the money back and checked out. A black man at the reception is nice, but he work too much, I guess...

Location, it's in the very centre of the town

The hotel staff never clened our room, we stayed here for a week, so it was quite dirty and they even didn't clean the dustbin.

stuff is helpful, rooms are clean, veiw from the roof is perfect, location is more than perfect.

the hotel is in the ninth floor and one of both elevators is not working and the other needed to be fixed several times, but they are active and fix it quickly.

Location was fantastic being on the Gran Via, easy access to all the tourist attractions, also just a few metres from the Callao Metro Station.

Didn't like the fact that we were not warned about having to arrive after 3pm, although they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage. Also, wasn't happy about the fact that they'd advertised a big kitchen, but then they wouldn't let us use it, even though we'd asked when booking!

Easy to find. Great location right in the centre and across the road from a metro station. Very reliable wifi. Shared bathroom was always clean.

The room was very small and in need of repairs. Although it had a large window it was extremely hot. Two fans made it slightly more comfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and probably needed replacing. You get what you pay for.

No soaps provided to wash. Paid 20euro for room for 2 people. In my opinon its overpriced

If I had a chance of physically looking at it, I wouldn't have booked it.

the location. it was very central.

first of all nobody speaks english, so it was difficult to communicate. the air-condition was not working, when we asked for a fan instead, they said they did not have one. we also asked for a spare set of keys, which they did not have.

air-condition didn't function, and as it was more then 35 in Madrid, we had to find another hotel for the second night.

La cordialidad del cubano que nos recibio, es un lugar modesto pero con camas y toallas impecables. Ideal para pasar una noche , donde llegamos agotados por un largo viaje. Ubicacion......de 10 puntos.

Las pocas escaleras , por las maletas. Solo eso.

La ubicación era excelente, lo tienes todo a mano, lugares para comer o cenar, tiendas para ir de compras, el metro para desplazarte por el resto de la ciudad, partes importantes y bonitas de la ciudad para hacer turismo...

El baño de la habitación era excesivamente pequeño y la ducha aún más, no podía cerrar la mampara de la ducha sin estrujarme contra la pared, ni moverme libremente dentro de ella para ducharme tranquila. Tuve que estar mis 3 días de estancia pidiendo papel higiénico cuando se acababa porque no lo reponen, ni limpian la habitación ni el baño, ni las sábanas, toallas ni nada. Me parece un poco caro para lo que ofrecen.

Es cutre como ninguno en el que he estado. Baño minusculo. Colchon viejo. La puerta no cerraba bien....

Es céntrico.

No tiene nada que ver con las fotos que salen. La habitación muy pequeña, con la puerta del baño toda rota, sin techo, la mampara rota. La persiana también rota, no se podía bajar...se nos cayo un cuadro cuando estábamos durmiendo..y las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre... Y lo primero que nos dijeron a la hora de hacer la entrada, es que no se hacían cargo de lo que nos robaran....cuando vimos la puerta de la habitación, lo entendimos....... Y para colmo, la caja fuerte era de pago y si queríamos dejar las maletas unas horas cuando dejamos la habitación teníamos que pagar 13€ x maleta......Sinceramente nunca volveremos.

La situation bien que la gran via ne soit qu'une avenue commerçante. La terrasse possède une belle vue, mais c'es tout.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, personne ! la dame pas aimable ne parle pas français, ni anglais. Lit petit, draps pas de premières fraicheurs, bruyant car ils louent des chambres à des familles entières dans le besoin, je pense. La photo de la terrasse est vendeuse :). La machine à café vous rend un gobelet vide et vous a pompé votre € ! Bref très mauvais, n'y allez pas ! (et je peux vous dire que je n'écris jamais une chose pareille)

De locatie.

Schoonmaak, diverse keren een vies toilet, waarvan tot 3 keer toe, drollen in de wc. Daar moet echt nog op worden gezien door de leiding.
