Location, location, location!

It's very noisy at night. Ear plugs are necessary.

If you look for the typical fun hostel this is not the place, this is instead a good place to stay to have a confortable and quiet stay. The hostel is very well located, very clean, modern and confortable.

The staff could have still been nicer.

It was clean and convenient

I thought the toilet and the shower would be next door not at the other end of the corridor. Either I misunderstood the description or it was deceiving.

Very friendly staff, good location in a nice neighborhood near plenty of good restaurants. Everything was clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The receptionist desk is open 24h. The location was very good: close to the centre but far enough not to hear the noises from the streets. The room was quite big and clean.

- Very clean place (they clean your room every day also) - localization (in Gràcia where are plenty of little pubs you can go in the night and also little shops; quite close to metro stop Diagonal; safe district of the city) - very friendly staff

- Unfortunately can be little noisy in the nights (but not in the hostel which is very calm place; it's about the people walking back in the nights to the city from bars of Gràcia) - the staff don't speak to much English (they are very friendly and helpful, and understand English more they speak but it would be good for you to have some basics of Spanish... or Catalan:P)

Free wifi is nice to stay abreast of the news. This is useful as the tv only has Spanish channels. Service is good. The noise from outside (there are several busy bars in the street) didn't bother me, you know where you're staying so this is expected. Transport connections with metro are excellent! Small tip: just around the corner, there is a nice bar (La Cervesera Artesana) with in-house brewery and excellent choice of tapas and a wide range of high-quality foreign beers, in addition to their own brew.

Location was ok. In Gràcia District, with restaurants around. Very close to a Met station, and about 5 minutes walk to Passeig de Gràcia and 25 mins walks to Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Room spacious, and staff tried to be helpful even though not all of them spoke English. Coffee/tea machine on the same floor as room was handy.

Room had a sewerage smell to it from the time we entered. Lots of dust and dirt under beds. TV did not work, and despite telling staff 3 times it was never fixed.

Clean room, beds made each day. 24-hr reception. Very convenient location off Psg de Gracia, short walk to Gracia main square and Diagonal metro station.

A few broken floor tiles need fixing. Bathroom adequate but very small.

A very nice budget friendly hotel near to the center with all transportation available!

Nice and quite location

Half of Personnel did not speak English at all! Was inpossible to ask them anything, stuff didn't look helpful because of language barrier. Luckly, two administrators spoke Russian and I had to get all the information I need at their working hours Thin walls. Single room could be cleaner.

What a great find in Barcelona!!. This place was basic but clean. However it was close to downtown and the metro. I would stay there again.

The service, location and facilties were excellent for the price. The staff were very also helpful and understanding when a small issue arose. Easy access and lots of places to eat and drink both in the morning or at night. I have stayed in places that were more expensive in Barcelona but definitely prefer this one.

Comfortable room, nice air conditioning, wonderful location.

It was a bit expensive (53 euros a day for a single room) but considering the season (July in Barcelona) it wasn't so bad.

Room was very small (a bed and a little more space) and lack light.

Everything was very clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything functioned well. There were vending machines and a coffee machine and the hostel was close to restaurants and markets if that wasn't enough. At times the wifi would play up but on the whole, the experience was above average.

There are supermarkets nearby easy to get something needy. Took 10 mins walking to the Metro. Although in an alley but after 11.12pm still a little noise out there. Reception only speak a little English but attitude is fine.

Its location in the bohemian Gracia district where there are many hidden eating and shopping finds. Supermarkets around the corner and that it's a 7-minute walk from Diagonal Metro Station.

The water in the shower doesn't flow properly. Showers have to be very quick otherwise the toilet will start to flood and into the room. The doors could use some seal to block off sound and light from the corridors. Staff hardly speak a word of English but are willing to help when asked.

In a neat area. There is lift. Room size is ok. There is always someone at the reception. Room is tidied every day. Building is nicely decorated with couches and drawings on the walls. Vending machines in the corridors for coffee and chocolates etc.

No safe. Most of the staff do not speak English. Old style metal door keys, hard to carry with you. You can leave it at the reception but I think it is not safe as they are giving the key to you even if they do not know you at all. Doors are not sound proof. Curtain of shower is not adequate to keep the water in. Bathroom gets wet after shower and it makes it smell mould if you do not leave the bathroom door open. Curtains on the windows are thin. Room becomes bright in the morning making it difficult to sleep. No hair dryer.

Very good location, placed in Gracia neighborhood which has plenty of bars, caffes and very good and young atmosphere and vibes. It is also within a walking distance from main streets such as Diagonal and Passaig the Gracia. The hostel is very nice and clean, they literally clean it all day. The amenties (Shared bathroom and public areas) are very nice, comfortable and clean. My room was single, and I had a large bed (between single and double) and a brand new TV and AC.

The staff were unhelpfull, didn't speak any English and sometimes rude and not polite. ** Many people wrought it on their reviews, it is still like this, I wish they could read it somehow...

The location was nice. There is the metro green line diagonal stop nearby.

No shower in the room. No shader in the room. Too noisy. Bed uncomfortable.
