“ Oh what lovely people. The manager of the hostal was a perfect host! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and cheap too, and staff were very much in attendance to help or show you how things worked. Got some nice hot water for a cup of tea! ”

Good value, staff were helpful, pleasant stay, good for parking. Would stay there again. Had no hot water but staff got onto it straight away and offered us another room in the mean time.

Parking conveniently close by, clean, good location, but a bit austere, too many "do" and "don't" signs:-) feels like a college dorm, but one will not spend much time in there anyway.

Simple but good quality breakfast Short walk to bus station where airport bus arrives & bridge to take you over the river& to shops. Comfortable beds, big bathroom, hot water, clean. Not a back packers choice so quiet reserved fellow travellers. 24 hour reception . For a budget hostel/hotel this is perfect - but it is a budget establishment - only Spanish TV, use of earphones mandatory, no chairs in rooms. Drink machines are only source of 'nutrient'

In general everything was ok, clean, not very far from centre. Guys in reception were friendly and allowed to leave our things there till the evening, because our flight was only late at night. This hostal is unfortunately very ugly, although photos here were nice. Bathroom doesn't have hairdryer, although in the last day we have noticed, that other guest have gotten it in reception (but they didn't offer for us). I booked room with one bed, and before arriving I have sent email to hostel to ask, is everything ok with my reservation and reminded about one bed. Anyway we were given 2 beds! The prohibitions posters everywhere (don't eat and drink in habitation, don't do that and that) made feeling, that we are not wanted guests, but potencially criminals(although I understand these rules, but is possible to do it more nice and friendly way). We were asked to pay before, means, they don't trust to guests. This all made very awful feeling. Room is dark and uncomfortable. Is possible to hear everything arround even if in other room somebody switches on electricity. I even can't imagine, how could one couple stay there. Breakfast coffee is very bad. And although breakfast is normal, the breakfast room is so ugly, that you will not like to enjoy it. I always read comments and choosed this hostal because of good comments. And I am dissappointed. For this price the service was bad.

Room was clean. Wifi very good. Private car parking was very close and cheap. The hotel is very easy to find. Breakfast was very cheap. You can walk the city center almost 20 min. or by taxi 5 euros. Wall was very thin.

A good place for a city break - on main bus routes and close to one of the main bus stations. The area was very safe and you could easily walk to the sights and lots of restaurants. Excellent value for money and really clean - fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was standard continental and again the breakfast room was immaculately clean. One downside was that the walls were a little thin - only a problem if you had people with loud voices next door - they supplied headphones for use with TVs so no problem there. Also free wifi in your room.

Although the location was not picturesque it was very convenient for walking to all the sights, close to bars and restaurants, shops etc. The staff were efficient and helpful and the breakfast was good value. 1. the walls are very thin, so you can hear other conversations 2. the building is not attractive to look at and a bit dark inside.

The Hostal Jentoft was located down a side street that may well "put off" any lone female travellers. Having said that we (as a couple) did not feel at all intimidated. The location is goood for the river, and therefore Triana (old town), also within 15 minutes walk for the wonderfull sights of the Real Alcazar, especially at night when everything is lit-up and various street stalls are in full swing. With plenty of reasonably priced tapas bars for a geat "eating experience" Another few minutes and you have the main shopping areas of Seville. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were welcoming and friendly. If we wanted to be "picky" then maybe a slightly better shower in the rooms, with better water pressure, (it did sieze up when the Hostal was busy, and the hot water ran out, but that would be "picky" Overall we would definitely stay at Hostal Jentoft again, for all the above reasons, excellent value. Oh and by-the-way, we walked from the tren station which took about 40 minutes, no problem at all - leave the car at home. Nothing really, maybe up-grade the showers in the rooms.

Very near the Plaza de Armas bus station, yet also near enough to the city center sights. The senior citizen front desk staff not too good in their English, may be formidable.

The staff was absolutely unkind and aggressive, they didn't speak any language(we were tying with english, french, Italian). Location in a slazy little street, old biulding next to a big trash can. They also make problem with the payment and the credit card. This time the booking rating should be revised

The Hostal Jentoft was in a perfect location to see the interesting sights of Seville. The Hostal Parking was one of the reasons why we booked the hostal, as we have had difficulty with parking, and expense with other central city hostal locations. Quite noisey. The waterpipes seemed to run right through the hostel or was it just our bedroom ??

Jentoft provided the perfect balance of easy to reach from highways, yet walking distance to all the key sights. Using their secured parking is a must because the area adjacent is unsafe for your car. Train station is only a block away as is a shopping center and as a matter of fact, so is the river. Parking garage and hostal entry are monitored from the reception desk so security really is good. Room, though very tiny is also very clean. Breakfast was a good value. Tiny, tiny room would not be good for large suitcases. First impression of entry not good, but all turns out well.
