Good location, clean room. 24 hr reception. Good value.
Noisy room when I 'd asked for a quiet one. Air con too noisy.
the personal was very helpful and kind. They even printed our tickets. Very clean and large rooms. The price was relative good.
The breakfast was not good. Only bread, jam and butter. That's all.
proximity to bus station...really helpful staff
price for renting a bike was a bit high
Large and confortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Parking (included in the room price) just in front of the hotel.
Nice and helpful staff but the service run a bit slow.
the bed, the location
location close to bus station, private parking, nice personnel
Staff was speaking English and helpful. Room was nice and clean.
We were staying one night in Seville before flying home and picked the hotel for its proximity to the bus station and reasonable price. It is well located for walking to many of Seville's main attractions.
Shower was very basic, no holder on wall, just hand held in bath
The staff were really good, very friendly and easy to talk to. The room was as good as, if not slightly better than, it was portrayed in the images. Breakfast was fine.
Nothing, no complaints
Excellent value for clean, basic hotel, situated within easy walk of main shopping centre and major attractions. Would stay again.
It was cheap package including breakfast and carpark. Location was very good by the riverside. Room and bathroom were clean.
- wifi was available - breakfast cost 2-5 eur depending on what you choose to eat, nothing special
- the room had a small window which looked on a 5 m2 super dark "inside yard", so the room practically had no natural light and fresh air, thus it felt weird being inside
Great staff, hélped us with our bags, showed us lots of places on the map! Its not the ritz but its very clean, confortable and just perfect for what we wanted. Seville has so much to offer and the location of this place was great.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, decent choices at buffet breakfast and very good value for money. Our second room was bright, airy, decent size, quiet, very clean, etc.
Could have more choices for vegetarians at breakfast (e.g. egg, tomatoes, fruit). Cold drinks machine was out of order. The room given to start with was not ideal (noisy and stuffy), BUT this was quickly changed for us on day 2.
The hotel is convenient for sightseeing in Seville. Ideal for walk along the riverside promenade. Convenient parking nearby.
Rooms are small. Has no windows and is depressing. Upon arrival they give you headphones to watch TV. Required to keep dead silence. Staff is very bad English. Breakfast is not worth the money.
The location is good, nearby the river and close to Triana Bridge. Very easy to access the center by foot. The room was very clean.
Staff: My wife, I and a friend of ours stayed there two different times. In the first night we were checked in by a man in the moning and everything went normally. We returned at evening time and the afternoon receptionist was unfriendly and said something stupid to some other guest but we didn't pay much atention. In our second stay the very same afternoon receptionist was on duty. When checking us in this surreal situation happened: We had 2 different rooms, a double and a single. the single room was 39 euros per night with breakfast included. The guy tried to charge more for it. I showed him the booking confirmation and he said that didn't matter because he had in the system that the price was more. He also charged for 2 (TWO!!) brakfasts for a single room. We say we wouldn't pay that and the guy went all aggressive on us, ignoring once again my booking confirmation and saying, and this is surreal, that if we don't pay we can sleep somewhere else or in the street. Because it was late and we were returning from a long trip we just decided to pay and try to settle the thing in the morning. The morning receptionist after some discussion gave us our money back but didn't even apologize for the error. I sincerely cannot reccomend this "hotel". If you don't want to deal with tourists go work somewhere else. Because of this "person" we will never return to this "hotel" ever again.
Worst staff I ever encountered in my life.
Very poor and unfriendly staff. went back a day later with different staffing, and again very unfriendly people not helping. I would never come here again. It really surprised me that on Booking this hostel had quite a high ranking.
Cosy room, big bathroom, good location
Noise from other tourists
Cheap, clean, decent location.
It said wifi in room, but we could only get it if standing huddled against the hall door. Dark room with no window. It got stuffy so we turned on the ac, which then was like an icebox.
Very good breakfast, closed the city center
No double bed oportunity
Location, location, location. General cleanliness.
Despite double glazing, the noise from the street was disturbing. The shower head can't be hung up high, which is totally inconvenient. Breakfast wasn't too varied (also, it's not 'all-you-can-eat'), but it did the trick just fine. You can't control the temperature of the A/C and you're meant to listen to the TV via the provided sets of apparently reusable, cheap headphones. Parking spaces are not well laid out.
One block from bus station, great internet.15 minute walk to the old town.
I want to be fair about this hostel. It is well located and reasonably priced. My deal included free parking in a locked, covered car park. Staff were helpful. The place was clean enough. Although a limited breakfast was included in the price we decided to eat in a local cafe. I think we got what we paid for but personally I wouldn't stay there again.
The hostel was dated and tired and with long narrow corridors it felt claustrophobic. The room we were in was small and had the window on a central well which was quite dark, which added to the feeling of claustrophobia. I have to say that we normally stay in a better standard of hotel. It was my mistake that I chose it because the location was good and I was assured parking. Also the write-ups looked okay.
