Friendly and informative staff. Good location.Very clean.
If you are a "light sleeper " the entrance and exit of other guests and the plumbing system will probably keep you awake .
Small room, noisy, very cold (no heating)
charged my card due to booking (prefer to pay cash) reception on level 4
Everything ! excellent pension. Really friendly staff !
In winter ,the rooms are a little cold ,but everything else is so nice its worth putting up with and just wrapping up well !
Located next to the busiest street and town centre, this pension is nonetheless quiet inside. The lift makes the 4th floor location easy to access, the room is tidied daily and a new towel is provided, and the standards of cleanliness, service and furniture are very good.
The temperature of the room was quite low (I visited Malaga in winter), and as there is no central heating, the blankets were only barely sufficient to keep me comfortable at night.
very friendly staff location clean wifi connection
only one towel allowed no air conditioner (The room is a little bit cold in winter) shower space is easy to go wet.
Perfect situation + Maurio + Family at the counter are very friendly..+ helpful in any kind - go ahead'n ask them..
This pension is a wonderful choice! It is in a great location in the historic center of Malaga next to the main sites and good places to eat and shop. The facilities were great, clean, and comfortable and staff gave 24 hours of professional wonderful help.
The only issue we had is that the hot water ran out after a few of us took showers and as it was cold outside it was a bit uncomfortable, but this was the only minor issue.
Cleanliness shower cublical was spotless cleaner than most up market hotels I have stayed in.d Room was basic but comfortable as was the bed and we slept well. It was very quite considering you are in the heart of old town malaga. We would most definitely stay hear on our next. Trip to malaga.
Centrally situated in busy area yet affords a tranquil night's sleep
24u reception, great bed, clean, great location.
Everything. The price, the location, the room. The staff are very helpful and speak English. An altogether lovely experience.
What is not to like, everything was good.
Nice little room.
Excellent location, in the center of Malaga. Very nice and friendly staff.
The single room is next to the reception and bathroom .
The location is great for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I can`t really expect more for the price payed.
Very helpful staff Awesome Location Very clean Nice relation of facilites to the price
I was a bit noisy but it is not a hotel's fault but a noisy guests and a renovation works in the buiding It were no heating in the room ( i stayed in december so it does matter)
Value for money. Staff was very kind and all was like described. Would go back there every time. Great location and parking is nearby...
location staff wifi
in the city centre, close to cathedral and castle, nice to walk around, 2mins to buses to airport and other places, 2 mins to sea port
building work on the hotel (but clean) and works will improve the hotel.
Great location, friendly staff, amazing city.
Wifi was a bit patchy, shared pillows.
We didn't actually end up staying at the pension as we found the building under renovation, with jack hammers going and very noisy, so we were offered an alternative in an apartment nearby. We had to pay a bit extra but it was worth it for us. We had a quick look at the room we had booked at the pension, a double with private bath, and it had no windows and looked very dark and gloomy. Would not have liked to stay there even without the building work.
Pension Juanita is a good pension if you need a cheap stay in town centre. They have rooms with and without private bathroom, the staff is friendly and helpful.
We had a problem with dust coming from the ceiling caused by work on the roof. They changed the room for us, but we had to share a small double bed, which was too narrow. We always prefer single beds with separate linen.
Location; cleanliness; price; quiet area; nice staff; late check-in.
Money being taken from my British debit card immediately. I was charged bank exchange rates and fees when I expected to pay in cash on arrival when I first booked. Should have been told to go to 4th floor on arrival, hence finding reception was confusing.
