Price, location, patio, breakfast
Smell of smoke in the rooms, limited choice of drinks
The decor of the building was fantastic, & it was also very spacious, extremely quiet & therefore very relaxing. The staff, (one in particular) were very helpful & pleasant. We appreciated being able to eat our picnic lunches on tables in the hostel. I appreciated the roof terrace for smoking & instant access to full sunshine.
The one problem was that the air conditioning regulation did not work, so we had to switch it on or off very frequently. This was a nuisance in the night, when we were woken up by the cold & had to put on jeans & sweaters! I was disappointed there were no reclining seats or sun beds on the roof terrace.
Good location, very comfortable rooms, great value for money. Get a double room so you can have a window to the outside and not the terrace.
Fantastic location Beautiful building
Difficult to find Parking quite a long way away
Location is central and walking distant to all the sights and restaurants.
A/C not strong, Trying to find the hostal was a nightmare, not easy to find, as the roads are closed around it. Parking- have to pay for underground parking but if your car is too big, then no option, on street parking is residents parking. Breakfast not included
Location, room for three and roof top terrazzo
Thin walls so hear noise form other bedrooms
There's no parking lot.
Location and price!
Very difficult to find but like everything else in Cordoba. GPS said we couldn't drive to the place which was not the case.
Very pretty hostel, comfortable room & good facilities
Location was good.
Internet didn't work in the room which was very important during my stay. I was in the second floor and no elevator in my side.
Brilliant location for all main sites of interest in Cordoba. Common areas are lovely and staff very helpful. Parking is in a secure carpark 200 metres away.
Location and price.
Bath was very small
I was positively surprised, that budget hostel can be that we'll mentioned, clean, with nice furniture's, and most important, in such good location. It was very nice stay.
A little noisy outside hotel, but not clubs, just people going around talking loudly.
Air conditioning very noisy and not cooling the room
It was conveniently located and the staff was amazingly helpful.
Everything. Super clean, nice location, pretty rooms. Beautifull hotel
maybe just poor wifi connection in rooms
Very nicely decorated! They also have a patio at the top of the building.
Only one of the staff spoke English or French.
a lovely, low key Hostal at a nice location. Love it.
cannot think of any.
If you arrive at night, you need to communicate in Spanish. Receptionist at night shift speaks no English.
The location of the hotel is excellent for access to all tourist items. The staff was excellent particularly Carmelo who got tickets for us for the Flamenco show. The seats that he got us were the best, and the show was very good. Carmelo also allowed me to print a number of future reservations that I had made on line. I would say that his assistance was beyond that what you would expect. Would definitely recommend.
Really nothing. Perhaps the room was a bit small, but that was not a problem.
It has a nice courtyard and the room was comfortable enough.
Wifi wouldn't work in my room.
Location - a short distance down to the river, and then along to the Mosque/Cathedral. Other sites all within walking distance. Nice tourist shops close by. Excellent restaurants too - we found the food and flamenco at the Patio del Juderia so good we returned. Flamenco dancers were superb.
Bathroom shower fixture had the droop. No lift.
Great location, close to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Clean room and nice patio, value for money.
Waited one and half hour for the room to be ready for check-in, probably due to the peak season, but would be great if the staff could tell us earlier so that we could spend the time exploring the area instead of waiting.
The location is super. Because of location you can drive the streets (they alert police to your license and you are allowed to be there for your stay) but parking is difficult unless you go over the bridge to park. Easy walking to all sites. Take bus or taxi from train or bus station since they are a good 25 minute walk away. Air conditioning works well and at 100 degrees we needed it. Towels were first rate and a surprise.
Room smelled of smoking. A bit dingy in the room. Hairdryer did not blow air well enough to dry hair. Staff on Sunday arrival helpful but staff on Monday departure unavailable for over an hour and then unhelpful (a bit surly). Wanted to try to store luggage...couldn't answer question in either English or Spanish...would think this a normal question.
