Very old it like in siberia need Renovation properly
Location was great, wifi worked, room was clean, have good laundry facilities, accomodating staff.
No heating. Asked for a heater and received a radiator which would heat up but have no effect on the room. We had to wear our entire wardrobe to survive the night.
Price was ok, location quite good. Coulorful decor and nice tiles. Wanted a cheap place to sleep for a few nights and this was fine. Take your own glasses and wine and have a drink on the roof ;)
The electric and plumbing arrangements are adequate but could be improved.
location good but very noisey but clean
you get what you pay for it's very run down very poor decor and in a state of disrepair
Near city centre
Shower awful. Room awful. One of the worse rooms ever seen
We had a long walk and wasted time looking for the hostel on our arrival. Too many steep stairs for mature knees and disabled! The men on the reception are unable to talk and understand English!!!!! They are already sold the room what we reserved without any notice! We got another room in basin, where was the hotel container for rubbish. The room smells something like sewer. It was so dirty and the smell disgusting. Bed linen was dirty and bloody. The bed is unsuitable for sleeping. We cannot stay there We wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!!
Staff doesn't speak English. They were fixing something during my whole stay so it was terribly noisy from the early morning. I stayed in a poor creepy room until my last day when I was suddenly told to change the room. There is only one bathroom per floor which is very inconvenient + the showers don't work properly and I was struggling to have a shower. The terrace is also poor with a great view, tho. Wi-fi was so bad in my room that I always had to go somewhere else to use Internet. No people in the common areas.
Everything was bad, very poor condition, far to noisy and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recomend to anyone!!!!!
Location is good
Very Noisy you just can't sleep for same money you can find better hostals in Seville
no one able to speak english, noise, dirty bathroom,no soap in room or bathroom, early morning noise from downstair cafe,.....
Noisy, and beds are not comfortable.
Perfect location, best value for the money. There are some chairs on the rooftop, and you can relax there as well.
Quality of the beds weren't the best, and it was also noisy. I would recomend to book a room with bathroom!
Location is a bit good, close to the city center. The building is old, that was an advantage cause you can feel the Andalucian style ceramic within the pension.
The rooms are dirty, the rooms are totally different from the ones that are published on the website, I mean they really sucks. The men on the reception are unable to talk and understand English. There is neither soap nor toilet paper. When we attend to ask for them, their bahavior is really rude. The room smells something like sewer. Shortly we stayed there 2 nights, and we went to room just for sleeping and in the morning left the room without looking back in order not to contact the employees and the room.
Really dirty place - hair between bed sheet, dirty bed sheet, ants by the sink in the room. Common bathrooms - 2 on the foor - one dirty, in the other one only boiling water - no shower taken... very noisy - you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms.
Excellent place to stay.my family liked the place very much.the staff are excellent as well.they will let you in anytime you arrived.i hope to stay again pension la Gloria next time.
We had a long walk and wasted time looking for the hostel on our arrival.the name of the hostel is very high we hardly couldn't see it.i hope they would do something about it.
-staff smoking while on duty -extremely noisy during the night -very tiny room for three persons Escaped as soon as we could
Very good location for city centre and local cafés/restaurants.
Very noisy nights. - poor provision of loos which work properly- no lift for help getting bags up/down narrow stairs.
The location is amazing right in the center of the city. The staff is very helpful. The water in the shower was great
It's very very v-e-r-y loud You hear absolutely everything, from other rooms and outside . The sheets are not the cleanest , only ok And our private bathroom was tiny as hell. We slept there 2 nights . And it was fine , a place just to sleep and leave
Location was good.
There was no hospitality nor cleaning done as far as I could see.
- walking distance to the tourist spots - wi-fi ("wee-fee" in Spanish) is reliable, able to connect to the wi-fi at the restobar outside for options - the staff are kind
- the staff barely speaks English - the noises from nearby stores setting up shop or closing can be unbearable before sunrise - no refrigerator - common bathroom - wiring of lights is faulty at times - no 24 hr-convenience store nearby
The price is reasonable
So noisy at night
Excellent wifi reception, location good for walking to all the sites and the bus stations, room with air conditioner and doors that opened towards street
Too many steep stairs for mature knees! Room overlooking street noisy at night, no kitchen facilities
I stayed in a single room at La Gloria. It is a very basic and cheap accommodation that still provides enough privacy. For those who want to meet other fellow travelers and hang out together at the hostel, it's not the best option; however for those who just need a place to sleep and are planning to spend most of the time exploring the city La Gloria will work well. The place is very near to the major shopping street, the entire downtown and its attractions are within walking distance.
The bathrooms could use some retouching as some of them look rather unpleasant.
Free wifi, location is within 15 mins walk of many sights. Nice view from upper terrace. Discount with one local car park 5 min walk. Overall clean.
Bare basic accommodation. Shower head broken. Uncomfortable bed.
noisy next to cafe
