Do banheiro, principalmente do chuveiro que não tinha água quente o suficiente. A internet wifi também caiu no final da noite.

Atenção das funcionárias, limpeza, localização ...show de bola e baratíssimo na baixa temporada!

Nice budget place in Madrid, close to metro and bus stations

We stayed in a front room which is located at the very busy and noisy road, even in the night. Maybe there are better rooms in the back of the building

The location was good. It was within a 30 mins walk from the centre but the neighborhood has it's own personality.

Nothing to point out. Just the heater which could be controllable

This hostal was amazing. The room was small, but spacious. It had a tv with cable. You can book a two person room for very cheap. Between me and my friend we only paid €25 a night. That means we each paid €12.50 per night. It was very worh it! We had our own bathrooms and the beds where very comfortable. I recommend this hostal for anyone staying in Madrid and on a budget, but doesn't want any cheap looking place either.

The staff were helpful, informative and friendly. The room exceeded expectations. The receptionist was knowledgeable about the city and surrounding area. Very close to two well-connected metro stations. Many bars, restaurants and shops in the vicinity. This is definitely a great place to use as a base for sightseers. Fantastic value for money. I would recommend it, and would definitely stay again.

Be careful! We witnessed a lot of petty crime (I.E. pick-pockets) in Madrid. So keep an eye on back-packs, handbags coat pockets etc. as the majority of targets seemed to be tourists and younger people. I definitely would not let this put me off going though, we were careful and nothing bad happened to us. In the hostel, the air-con wasn't working, nor was there an individual control for it. Although it was March the room was still quite warm. We were disturbed numerous times asking us to leave the room so the maid could clean. This seemed a little unprofessional, and the 3 calls in an hour and a half were annoying.

People from Madrid especially dont get aling to well with the english, sooo...u need to undestand and speak a bit in spanish!

Excellent location, in a quieter area of Madrid. Convenient to have keys to the building, floor & door, so the ease to come & go is great. Plenty of shopping & cafes nearby, grocery store, metro just down the street in two directions. An excellent budget choice.

I didn't like the smoke smell in the room.

Everything was good . I did like it is the second time . I wiil ho back if need it . Thanksi for all .

Is just some how . I did smelled cigarette . Surely some body was smoking. In their room. A part of this i am happy. Thanks

It's location, informality and cost

The traffic noise and problems getting to sleep due to my having a front room

The staff were really kind, but my first impression when I arrived to the hostal was not the best , it's located in a very old, dirty and not very well keept building, that has wall in bad condition as well as the stairs, however once I've entered to the room I changed my mind a bit as it was a big room for a single stay and all there was clean! So if you don't mind about the condition of the whole building it will be good for you!

The staff is very polite, the room is clean and the location is perfect for every movement. There is a metro station just 5 minuts away and it is possible to walk to the city centre quite easily. Overall I strongly reccomand Hostal La Nava. Best, Simone

The woman in the reception was nice though she does not know any English. But you can communicate in some way. The internet works very well in the room.

The bad thing is thin walls. You can hear all of your neighbors. And if you care, the bathroom was very small. They don' t accept credit card.

Location - it was convenient to get to the tourist hot spots, with 2 Metro stations so close by. The room may be small but it was comfortable nonetheless. There were shops located nearby to get groceries, pharmaceuticals and even a Starbucks!

The walls were paper thin. When you have a noisy or inconsiderate neighbour slamming their room doors, it can get annoying

I liked that it was close to metro lines 6 & 2, which take you quickly either to the center of the city, or to connect with the airport metro line. Located in a quiet part of town with many shops, bars, cafes & grocery close by.

Other guests should have the courtesy to close their doors with their keys, rather than slamming them shut. Otherwise noise wasn't really an issue.

Everything was great: free WiFi, good air conditioner, privacy, cleanliness, etc. They give you towels and you can call other rooms, which is good when you go with friends. Between underground stations of Goya and Manuel Becerra.
