Clean, good location, great staff, large rooms,good beds

Perfect no frills super clean hostel. Have stayed there many times and will continue to.

Friendly staff, good localization, cheap but clean room.

Because of the central localization it's a bit noisy.

I find the staff always friendly and helpful and the budget price is excellent value for money. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

Nice spacious and clean rooms close to the centre. The staff were very friendly.

I reduced my rating based on the very high levels of noise caused by the location of the room on the ground floor near the main entrance. I was repeatedly woken up by doors being slammed, traffic and people entering/leaving. Ask for a room on the upper floors.

A bit old but fully functional

This is a perfect ho(s)tel for the one that comes in the evening and leaves in the morning (just to catch the ferry to Morocco). No need to think about anything else but the rest and sleep. For that price it is an excellent hotel! It is also close to the city gate offering a lovely night walk and glass of wine in incredible Tarifa! In the morning, seven minutes to the ferry terminal!

No time to realize anything disliking.

The room felt damp.

The room was quite spacious for a hotel in this price bracket. The floors are made of marble and are lovely and cool. It is a short walk -- 7 minutes or so -- to the old part of Tarifa which is quite cute and you can see Africa easily. location good. No complaints.

Quiet and clean with good bathroom facilities and comfortable beds - friendly, helpful staff - excellent value for money.

Nice service, close to the center.

I didn't like the room, it was placed in -1. The bathroom was not nice neither. It was not isolated at all, so I could hear people going around our room in the morning etc, no privacy. For that price I believe you can get nicer pension or a hotel.

The room was clean, good location, easy to find a parking spot for the car, wifi was working.

The staff was.. well... like they didnt care very much. They gave us keys and that was pretty much it. We didnt feel very wellcomed here.

balcony overlooking bins and not sure if that was causing the most awful smell when they where emptied not the hotels fault but i was nearly sick and could not go out for breakfast as gagging

This place is easy and efficient. The staff is nice and always tries to help. They don't pretend fanciness nor take a tone. This is a comfortable, convenient, clean place to sleep and go for beach or tourism over the day.

Internet access was fairly stable and sufficiently fast for browsing. Audio quality over skype was not crystal-clear.

Located very close from the centre. Not expensive. Parking behind the hostal without problem Room with balcony and very very confortable mattrasse :) I recomend it. Enjoy!!

It's in a good position andto find a park is pretty simple. Rooms and bathrooms are quite big and clean.

Staff can't speak English and isn't really kind or smiling or helpful. There weren't towels in our room and considering the price we paid it was too stark.

Net hostel, niets op aan te merken.

Location - short walk to the old town and beach. Excellent location for access to the port for ferry to Tangier (walking distance). Close to fruit store/grocery stores/restaurant. There was a staff member who spoke English/German/Spanish fluently.

Noise from hallway (voices, people walking up steps, doors) but no noise heard from adjacent rooms.
