The hotel location, the facilites and the staff
Some Issues in mantaine Walter for the bath out of the bedroom floor
Really friendly staff, really nice clean hotel with clean decor and excellent location. My favourite and the best thing about the hotel was the balcony views of the square which is just what you need when you come back from a long days exploring. If I go Granada again I will be staying there no doubt.
Breakfast was not so good only because there was no warm food and breakfast was very minimal. Apart from that really happy I stayed there.
Really lovely helpful staff, smells good, awesome rooms, good freebies, hotel close to everything
very noisy outside!
Wasn't able to switch off the airco and it was cold.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small (I expected it to be) but very nice. I enjoyed the little brochure about how they are trying to be Eco friendly with hints for the guests on ways to be more Eco friendly. Baggage storage and then later use of the common area to get ready for departure was helpful.
The toilet is almost under the sink in the single room but that is a minor complaint.
Everything! Excellent location, stylish and clean rooms, helpful stuff! If I ever visit Granada again this is the place I´m gonna be!
Friendly, modern, nice plaza view.
One person room is too small, you go to toilet with the sink at your chest and being a small lady I can't move/turn in the tiniest shower I ever seen.
View from the room. Helpful staff. Great value for money.
wifi does not work in some rooms
Great value for the location at a pretty plaza in the center. staff was super nice and helpful. the room was a bit tacky but clean and large enough. Kitchen with fridge and hot drinks was available all day.
very thin walls, could hear all noise from the hall and breakfast room
the staff were exceptional even writeing us a note in spanish to give to the ticket seller at the train station re what tickets we wanted
every thing was good to excelent
i liked the location - the room -cleanliness -furniture- staff- everything was wonderful and it was really cheap
Nest Style was easily the most pleasant surprise of our Andalusia trip. Given the very affordable booking, we were expecting a lot of compromises, but we found none. This is just a terrific little hotel in a BRILLIANT location, with a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The beds were impressively comfy, the decor was crisp and cool, everything was nice and clean. Overall, this hotel is an exceptional value. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
It's not a complaint, just an observation for future guests to be aware of (and beyond the hotel's control): the design and layout of the building means that you get some odd angles and cramped spaces. Our bathroom was very nice but a very tight wedge-shaped space. Nothing to be concerned about, just something to be aware of.
The staff were amazing, the blonde Spanish lady, the Brazilian lady and the Spanish man who got my ticket sorted, all lovely, kind and understanding, thank you....the rooms were perfect, perfect location, excellent value....if your in Granada, stay here :-)
I liked everything :-)
Right in the city center, the staff was amazing, very friendly and ultra helpful with everything, rooms very comfy and clean, 4th floor had a kitchen and little lounge and a lovely terrace! Everything was ultra nice!!!
The rooftop terrace was lovely and had an amazing view of the Cathedral.
The room was a bit small and dark.
Location is great, hotel is very modern, has a kitchen and tea and coffee for free all day long))) breakfast is poor but for 3 euro it is ok))
The rooms are very clean and wifi connection was good in the room. Location was excellent as it's in the city centre.
You may be able to hear noises from the plaza outside way into the night. But it isn't much of a concern if you're too tired from the days activity that you'll eventually dose off.
Everything. I could not find fault with this excellent boutique hotel if I tried. The staff were super friendly, the location unbeatable, the decor eclectic and fun. Comfy beds. Breakfast even had fresh orange juice. For the price you can't go wrong. I certainly recommend it.
Nothing except I would have liked some yoghourt for breakfast. And one little thing: to follow on with the ecological theme of this hotel, scrap the little bits of soap etc., and add wall dispensers for shampoo and body wash. Nobody uses the rest anyway. Make them available upon request at the lobby.
- Excellent location in the city center - Rooms and doors are painted in an original way, which give the hotel a fresh look - Ideal hotel for a short visit to Granada
- You will have to pay 16 eur extra / day for public parking in Granada (which isn't really the fault of the hotel) - We had no separate bathroom. Toilet and douche were located in our room behind a milk-glass door
the kitchen in the 4th floor the staff
It's very good value for money. The room had more space than expected and even an armchair! The bathroom was a bit cramped, but adequate. I didn't expect mini shampoos and such from a hostel, but they were there. They were a bit stingy with the toilet paper though. Over the weekend there were problems with the elevator and after it was fixed, i got stuck in it for about 15 minutes. The staff was quick to react and the day after they checked again if i was okay after my 'ordeal'. Things can go wrong, it's how they react to it that makes a difference.
Really the only thing that was a nuisance was the noise of the street. I have a high tolerance so i never actually needed my earplugs, but my friend certainly did.
The location, the value for money
If you are fond of a room lighted only with red lights, you should be happy. Our room was next to the guest room for breakfast and self preparation of meals; we experienced very noisy people going there late or in the middle of the night (3 am).
Excellent location, helpfull staff.
single rooms are extremely small with a window looking to a wall.
This hotel location was great and we loved that it was close to all the shops and you could walk to all the main attractions.
Their Wi-Fi was a problem you had to go the receptionist to use it because the Wi-Fi was not working on any of the floors or their common area room on the top floor.
