The hotel is very clean, the furniture in good shape, good bed shits, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The location is great, easy to go anywhere in town either walking, or public transportation. Friendly staff. Next time in Madrid I will stay there without a doubt. The walls are thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. Considering that this was the only thing I didn’t appreciate, I would still recommend this hotel. Bring earplugs just in case.

Excellent location right on the main pedestrian shopping alley. The hotel is away from the roads, so there is no street noise. Sol is just a short walk away. Wifi worked fine in the room. Staff was friendly and let me store my stuff. They have a computer in the lobby for guests to use. The guy I met when I checked in spoke English well. The other women doesn't seem to speak any, but with a little effort we could communicate. Rooms are small, but not too bad. Shower is in the room, but cramped. Beware of scam that most Madrid hotels use: they charge your credit card in your home currency without asking. The exchange rate they use is much higher than what your bank will charge and they charge a fee on top of it. If you protest, they will pretend not to speak English, then they'll say they can't undo it. If you pay by cc ask for it to be in Euros before handing over your card.

Excellent location and extremely great value for money. Absolutely spotless rooms with friendly and obliging staff. Una super buena relación calidad precio y ubicación perfecta en mi barrio preferido de Madrid. En tema de la limpieza, fui immaculado. El personal fueren muy pero muy atento y amable.

The room nr 11 was perfect, i had aircondition in my room as well :). Everything was OK. The staff dosent speak English at all, which is commen thing in Madrid but they should do something regarding this issue.

Location its perfect, close to 3 metro station and night live of bario chueca. Safe, clean and frendly hostal. Free wifi. My one bedrom room was wery small. Bathrom was recently renovated but at morning was unidentifiet bad smell. this is my second trip in this hostal, my first stay was perfect.

Excellent location close to a massive selection of shops, restaurants, bars. The airport bus is only a short walk away. The metro is very close. Even though it faces onto a main shopping street, the room was very quiet. Staff were extremely helpful . The property is spotlessly clean.
