the location is perfect

before come, we only know the shower is shared but actually there is no toilet also. And to reach the reception, you need pass a narrow stairs, not convenient.

- This hotel is cheap and right across opera liceu in las ramblas.

- Extremely noisy. - extremely small rooms.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the city, so almost everything is on walking distance. If not, you can take the metro in front of your hotel. Family room is small, but clean and with a private bathroom. Breakfast is simple, but great to start the day with a cup of coffee and a selfmade tosti. Friendly and helpfull staff and cleaning ladies. We will come back!

The location is great - just on the Las Ramblas, 100m from the Liceu metro station and 5 mins. from the Plaza Catalunya. It is a real value for money option - simple clean rooms, good breakfast.

Everytihing is so good , helpful personel , excellent location -middle of the city's most important and touristic street- ,clean room and brekfast with various food.

There is in one of the better place in the city near metro station and shops.

Location and breakfast with window view. In addition to, Miko, she is Japanies lady working in the reception (she was very helpful and organize)

The location is phenomenal, because of it is worth thinking about booking. The staff is friendly and correct, account of the wishes and comments. We had a room with breakfast, breakfast was okay, adequate volume, but the food is unique, a little too wide, if staying for several days.

Room is very small, especially for three persons and beds in one room. Toilet and shower in one room is not a good solution, but probably normal for this type of hotel. The case is awkward as it gets all wet when showering. Worst thing is that the room has no windows only look appropriate in a shaft.

Location is really awesome. Its right in the middle of la ramblas. The room is kind of small but its clean,safe and nice. If you are alone or with friends you can trust this place and you can stay. Its also good for families but it can be small for a young kid. Its airconditioned and its good.

The hostal was very clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. It was nice to have a bit of breakfast included in the stay. You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to the open air market, bus tours, and the beach. It was like staying in times square on a budget price. It is right in the center of La Rambla.

Walls are thin and the balconies face each other, so other guests who were partying loudly through the night and then sick in the early morning seemed as if they were right in our room. Earplugs solved the problem for the rest of the nights. Pain to carry luggage upstairs but we packed light so it wasn't too bad.

Well-designed and attractive facility. Very clean but somewhat ulitarian; rather like the Microtel chain in the United States. And, the french doors and balconies in each room lead out to incredible views of the La Rambla below; one of the most famous streets in the world.The breakfast room is a delight. A word of caution: If you require absolute silence in order to sleep, you need to stay at the Grand Hotel on Michimilimackinac and not in a hotel on the La Rambla. La Rambla is a combination of Grande Allee in Quebec and Bourbon Street in New Orleans with a dash of New York City's Greenwich Village thrown in and it parties every night until about 4 A.M. But then, you knew that! That's why you're staying in a hotel on the La Rambla.

There is no lift from the street level to the reception area. The entrance is unremarkable and initially does not inspire confidence that you have made a good decision about where to stay.

the room and the shower were dirty, the shower was in the middle of the room and the "bathroom" was so small you couldn't close the door
