“ My 4 year old son and I were made to feel very welcome by Metu. The other staff were friendly too. Our room was clean and comfortable.The shared bathroom facilities were always clean. We will return here on our next visit to Madrid. ”

The location the staff helped a lot there even a small kitchen The view from some windows was unreal We booked it last minute, but that was ok and they were ready. ...But the kitchen was too small

The best thing about this hostel is definitely the friendly guy that seemed to be working for my entire stay. Great asset to the place. Further to this, the location is great. Maybe 10 minute stroll to Plaza Del Sol. The room itself was perfectly adequate. Compact but comfortable. Two gripes. Firstly the small bathroom had a dirty shower curtain. This could easily be fixed by installing a glass screen or something. Secondly, the place was a little difficult to find. Please install a bigger sign. Only other negative comment would be that it is on the 5th floor, but there is a small lift (really small)

La recepción es 24 hrs, el personal muy atento, el lugar limpio y comodo, a una cuadra hay un super y el metro, a unas cuadras la plaza mayor y la plaza del sol. Tiene refri, una pequeña cocina. Sin duda repetiria, ya que fue una estancia placentera.

No entiendo los comentarios negativos que a puesto alguna gente sobre este hostal,por ese precio la gente que espera encontrar?Lo de baño comun lo pone al hacer la reserva.Las personas que trabajan son muy simpaticas y atentas,el hostal estaba a cinco minutos de Sol y la habitacion muy comoda y limpia el precio no pudo ser mas barato.Yo repetire porque estuvimos muy agusto El barrio parece peligroso pero no tuvimos ningun problema todo resulto bien

La struttura non prevedeva la prenotazione di camere con bagno diversamente da quanto risultava dalla nostra prenotazione. La camera è molto piccola, il bagno inutilizzabile (scarico non funzionante, senza finestra n'è aspirazione, lavandino minuscolo e inutilizzabile per gli spazi disponibili, la doccia che allagava il pavimento, asciugamani dati per una sola persona anziché due). Isolamento acustico della stanza praticamente nullo.

Gostei bastante da limpeza efetuada aos quartos e da casa de banho, que apesar de ser partilhada, encontrava-se sempre em ótimas condições. Penso que relativamente ao preço-qualidade fica um pouco aquém das expetativas. Tive oportunidade de verificar outros hostais e penso que pelo mesmo preço, são mais inovadores, acolhedores e confortáveis.

Habitaciones pequeñas y estresantes. Falta de aire por ser un sótano para ratas "acondicionado" para personas que pagan dinero de su bolsillo para pasarlo mal. No recomendable!!! Booking.com debería rescindir el contrato con ellos!!! Suerte! El personal!

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor de terugrit naar het vliegveld (om half 6 's-ochtends)werden wij door een kennis van de eigenaar weggebracht en deze heeft ons helemaal begeleidt naar de betreffende balie. De lokatie is top. Puerto del Sol is op loopafstand. Het hotel is schoon, er zijn genoeg badkamers en wc'S. Het hotel is aan een opknapbeurt toe: op 1 toilet was de bril kapot en bij 1 douce kon de douchekop niet worden opgehangen. Maar aangezien er meerdere douches en wc's zijn heeft dit mij niet gestoord. Ik nam gewoon de douche en wc waar dit niet het geval was. Er was geen bedlampje in de kamer (er was wel een lampje, maar geen stopcontact bij het bed).

Nah an der Metro und mit aufzug. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Sehr gutes wlan Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein sehr kleines Fenster und roch ein wenig muffig und nach raumspray. Wenn mehr gelüftet würde gäbe es nichts zu meckern
