1 ) very central. 2 ) staff very friendly and helpful. 3 ) baggage holding available. 4 ) wifi reliable 5 ) great for single/solo travellers

1 ) lift switched off after 10pm. Not convinient for elderly /wheelchaired guest 2 ) room for 1-2 is very spacious, room for 3 is very narrow and tight. 3 ) rooms should indicate street view or back alley or air vent view balcony during booking. 4 ) correct terms should be used, windows instead of balcony. 5 ) should have DO NOT DISTURB signs if guest decided not to have room cleaned while they are out. 6 ) Heaters in room not working. 7 ) Suggestions - a briefing sheet should be given upon checked in with lift info, wifi password and among other general infos

Lovely family run hostal. The room was small, but we had a lovely large window with french doors, very clean, rooms cleaned daily, very quiet even though in the centre of the city right off Gran Via. Great location, close to public transport and walking distance of most major attractions.

Very cheap, but very clean and ideal location. Great value for money !

The bathroom was clean but a bit smelly. The walls are thin so we could sometimes hear other guests.

the location is more than perfect, in the middle of everything, the stuff are really friendly either the front desk man and lady or the ladies cleaning really all of them are sooooo friendly and nice and helpful, the hotel generally and rooms specially are really clean, the bed sheets are perfect white with nice smell, the internet connection was very good. besides all these good things about the hotel the price is amazing specially when you see the location

i think for 2 or 3 days there was some noise as if they are maintaining something but it's nothing when compared to the good things about the hotel.

Very co-operative staff.Beautiful and clean rooms and the place is charmingly decorated.Staff speak quite good english which is a relief in Spain.They let us store our luggage till as late as 11:30pm on the day we checked out.The hotel is in the heart of a lovely shopping area.

It was a nice place to stay nearby all the places to visit. It was a very good location We sleep not near the street but at the back of the hostel

Old and smelly room and bathroom albeight clean. Light fixtures consisted on a bulb hanging from the ceiling. Very unpleasant light.

great Location inside the madrid Centro and very quite. we hade 2 difrents room. both where very nice clean and safe.romm with privat bath room . free internet also in the room

Staff - friendly and helpful. Location - excellent, the entire street is for walking so there is no traffic noise, one can reach everything by foot. Very very clean and tidy. Corridors are lovely furnished. Excellent value for money. With elevator and 2 front doors closed for safeness.

The walls are not soundproof and it was noisy.

+ hotel is located in the city center, just on the shopping street + it is possible to arrange with the hotel staff to left belongings in a locked room after the check-in + hairdryer can be borrowed at the reception + daily cleaning

- WiFi connection is unstable and faint, possible to use only near the reception - no independent key, need to ring to the reception via intercom to enter the hotel area

freedom to enter and leave the premisis at any time, reception and cleaning staff were very helpful and flexible.

We had only one set of keys and two of us therefore it was difficult to organise ourselves indipendently from eachother. Unpleasant tiny balcony with a horrible view going inside a back yard

the location is perfect. it is just in the center. The staff is very nice and helpful. They also know some English that is the good point of them.

The internet connection is very low in the rooms but it is OK in the reception. Because of its location it could be noisy at nights till 4 am in the mornings.

É muito bem localizado próximo do metro Gran Via, da avenida e de inúmeras lojas e restaurantes.

A internet não funcionou de jeito nenhum. O quarto tinha ar condicionado mas não tinha aquecedor.

Leider sind die Räume sehr hellhörig und die Calle Fuencarral unheimlich laut, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, wir wollten früh aufstehen und den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen

Perfetto!!! Ottima posizione: su una strada centralissima piena di negozi, al centro tra la Gran Via, il quartiere quechua e il quartiere malasana. Pulitissimo: il personale ci ripiegava persino i pigiami! I gestori sono stati gentili e disponibilissimi! La stanza tripla era essenziale ma comoda e con bagno. Lo consiglio vivamente anche visto l'esiguità del prezzo, ottima base d'appoggio!!

La posizione è ottimale per la visita della città. Vicino alle stazione della metro anche se non indispensabile per la visita della città. Pulizia e Cambio degli asciugamani tutti i giorni.
