Location was great but hard to find! Breakfast was very nice and staff helpful. Quite a bit of noise from restaurant downstairs late at night and guests upstairs early in the morning. Room was very small--just room to walk around the bed.

Nice hotel which is located in the old town. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the room was also great and I had everything I needed. Toledo certainly is a nice place to visit. Music from the restaurant after midnight was a bit of a nuisance so I went out and had a few beers.....well it was Xmas afterall

Everything. Staff first . starting with the owners and then with the receptionist who said welcome to us, waiters etc. It is just a short remark. When checking out the guy fm the reception had a pushy tone abt why we did not check out yet( it was 11.58 A.m and our check out period was 12-12,30). after some more days in spain I realized that the real problem is that spaniards have difficulty in speaking foreign languages and they are not sure that htey are understood. So that was the reason for the tone. A little bit english / on the other hand they have staff at the reception who speaks perfect english, frenc etc) learning would make them - in their category- a 5 star location

Very nice staff, extra value for money, good standard of room (big beds in double room, air conditionig, every day cleaning service, bath or shower - whatever You like), restaurant with very reasonable prices, location for somebody who wants to see everything interesting in great city of Toledo - really in the heart of old city (5 minutes to Placa de Zocodover, 3 to outstanding cathedral, 5 to El Greco Museum etc.) Poor muted doors (what can be annoying when other guests are raging pack of kids - I had this bad luck;)

Staff were great and couldnt be more helpful our aircon was leaking and within seconds the maitenace team came and fixed it.

La proximidad a todos los lugares y monumentos de interés. Recorrimos todo el casco viejo de Toledo en tres días, y de sobra, hasta tal punto que de pronto aparecíamos en el hostal sin darnos cuenta, de lo próximo que está todo. De las cuatro noches que nos hospedamos las dos últimas, pero sobre todo la última fue horrible, pues absolutamente todas las habitaciones, excepto la nuestra estaban dadas a unos chavales que luego nos dijeron que estaban de despedida de soletero, y fue horrible los portazos y gritos que pegaron durante TODA la noche. A la mañana siguiente se lo comentamos al chico de recepción, pero ni nos ofreció un descuento por las molestias. Increíble, me parece fatal.

Lo céntrico que está Lo mal aislado acústicamente que está. Se oía todos los ruidos de otras habitaciones y todo el ruido de la calle. Imposible dormir sin tapones en los oídos.

Está muy muy limpio, la relación calidad precio no podría ser mejor, está en el centro del casco antiguo y lo mejor el personal y el restaurante Los Palacios con su menú a 6 euros! muy rico! Todo me ha gustado

Расположение в самом центре Толедо. Возможность питания в отеле. Отзывчивый персонал, стараются всегда идти навстречу пожеланиям постояльцев. Невысокая стоимость проживания. Тесный номер, мало места для личных вещей.

La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia. El personal muy amable y acogedor. La comida que ofrecen en el Restaurante muy buena. Tienen Wifi por lo que puedes conectarte y están dispuestos a darte cualquier información que necesites.

Zeer goed gelegen en budget vriendelijk hotel waar men de echte Spaanse sfeer kan vinden. Eenvoudige maar propere kamer. Aan het hotel is een gezellig restaurant met de echte Spaanse keuken.
