The hotel was dirty, service was abysmal, showers were virtually unusable. Undoubtably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Nothing at all, it is a hell hole in Benidorm, its dirty, grubby, the staff are not helpfull at all. On the Tuesday evening while having a shower in the most dirty and primative shower, I even split my head open as the shower and shower curtain collapsed, the telly was only in spanish, the wi-fi, none excistant. The room was freezing of an evening, only on the Thursday was I told that I could have a remote control to both the telly & the air-conditioning, which did have heating on it. I have treavelled the world, but have never in my life stayed in such a hell hole as this place !!!!

I cant say anything possative about this filthy, dirty, hell hole. I injured my head, by splitting it as the primative shower collapesed on me, the rooms where dingy, damp & grubby. The hotel staff where complete idiots, I would never recomend, niether the hostel Del Mar, nor Booking. Com. I worked for a lot of hotel chains in my life, all over the world, but must say this is by a long chalk the worst place I have been !!!!

The location was its best asset and the 24hr poterage, but that's about it really! Oh, and the very basic shower had constant hot water. The Hostal Pension del Mar is cheap, but definitely not cheerful!! I'm not even sure if a well-needed and well overdue facelift would sort this place out - maybe a swift demolition would be a better option!

For me, my room was the closest thing to staying in a prison cell by the sea - no joking, really!! The whole place was dark, gloomy and deeply depressing. My 'en-suite' room was even gloomier and the bed linen left an awful lot to be deisired - there were mouldy woolen blankets draped over not-so-clean sheets! The 'breakfast' was equally dismal: a small glass of concentrated organge juice, 1 crossiant or small toasted baguette (with margarine) and 1 cup of coffee - I darn't ask for any more as the staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming and had difficulty speaking in Spanish or English - I used my basic french to communicate.

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for really. €20 a night!

The staff did speak English but not brilliantly. I felt like I was imposing on them by staying there. When my friends came to meet me they weren't even allowed up to my room and had to wait in reception.

being close to the sea and shops and old town.

the breakfast was not good, warm coffee, a very small cake and a sweeten orange juice from carton, plus no one spoke english.but it was a budget hostel, near the sea and old town for shops and resturants etc.

the hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and the old town. very good value for money even if breakfast was not included, and the rooms though basic are clean and comfortable.

the hotel staff are unfriendly and in some cases mute. if you cannot speak spanish communicating is a huge problem! even though the rate is very cheap, for breakfast expect no more than a cup of coffee, glass of orange juice and a three inch sugar laden pastry/croissant. the hotel is close to a busy area of bars and clubs so there is the potential to be woken/kept awake in the small hours by a few inconsiderate loudmouths

The room was airless and full of wires - the only view from the balcony was the sky which left the room airless and it felt like it contained totally stale air - the worse thing was the sheets were full of cigarette burns - absolutely horrid.

Small old rooms and bathroom. It's written that staff speaks English, but they don't. It's hard to speak with them if u don't know Spanish.

I stayed here on a stag weekend which I aranged the hotel was very good value for money the staff were helpful and it was very clean.all in all I would say this is the perfect place to stay on a stag or hen weekend.or if u were on a budget .

El hecho que despues de un largo viaje llegado a las 20'oo hrs y mi habitacion no estaba lista.y tuve que esperar unos 30 minutos .Parece que alguien habia estado dormiendo alli.Tuve que perdir una totalla limpia no habia lo basico en el baño.! Sucio Muy poco formal.Es barato pero hay otros pensiones que tiene servicio y son enconomicos tambien.El desayuno fatal.NO Lo recomendo a nadie

La situación, en todo el centro de Benidorm y al ladito de la playa.

- Mucho ruido por las noches, ya que la ventana no cerraba bien y se oía a toda la gente que estaba de juerga en la calle. - La cama muy vieja e incómoda - Todo muy viejo y roto - El desayuno muy escaso y sin posibilidad de elección.

Muy barato

El desayuno es un café con leche y un bollo y también un vaso de zumo de bote.

Muy sucio, muy mal olor,pequeño,desordenado,un trato muy desagradable de hecho tuvimos que salir por patas sin podernos quedar, ya que el mal olor era insoportable y lo peor es que nos cobraron igual.

Quase tudo.. Paredes partidas, portas roçando o chão e via-se a luz do interior do quarto desde fora do mesmo, a casa de baño não tem mais de 2metros de comprimento e não chega a 1metro de largura, muito barulho, zona de bebedeiras e pouco luminosa em comparação com outras(perigosa de noite), gostei tanto que paguei 220€ por 4 dias e passei um dia e deixei lá o dinheiro para que se invista um pouco nas condições do hotel.Parece uma pensão de 1950, a televisão ve-se mal,camas sujas,muito pó, enfim nem me quero lembrar mais disto.(Portugues) Casi todo, las paredes rotas, puertas rozando el suelo, se veia luz del interior de la habitacion desde afuera de la misma, los baños no tenian mas de 2 metros de ancho y no llegaba al metro de largo, si vistes XXL no cabes, y no es broma es pura verdad, mucho ruido, zona de borrachos, vomitos, gritos y demas noche fuera, es una zona poco luminosa comparando a otras(algo peligrosa por la noche), me ha gustado tanto tanto que pague 220€ por 4 dias(3noches) y disfrute hermosamente de un dia apenas dejando el dinero pa que hagan reparaciones que bien necessita, parece una pension de 1950 hablando de condiciones ya que ta todo por caer. La tele se ve mal, camas sucias, mucho polvo enfin ni quiero recordar mas.(Español)
