    Good basic comforts. Pleasant staff

Noisy if your room is close to reception area.

Staff are great, The location is not far from the Bus station and 15 minutes to the city center.

The rooms are old and need refurbushing. The towels smelled.

Location is far from train station and city. The staff cannot speak English, thus it's hard to communicate. Wi-fi also is available only at public area i.e. lobby. The facility is very old. The air-conditioner can only be opened 12 pm onward. It's a bit messy for us since we travel with an infant. The environment is not comfortable at all. The hotel even didn't do the housekeeping with the reason that we did not give them the room key. They should have told us earlier. Then, when I just asked them to change the towel, they requested us to empty the room first. I've never faced such bad experience at other hotels.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was grubby and in need of an update. The towels were grey and had stain marks on them. Generally the whole feel of the room was grubby and old.

The hotel was in the university area so the nearby food was very Cheka. The staff were very helpful with directions etc

Smelled of cigarettes. The shower head wasn't attached to the wall so we had to hold it to shower. The tub leaked so when we had a shower the whole bathroom flooded. There was one night where the noise from other guests was so loud we were kept up all night and the staff did nothing to control it. We heard other guests get up to ask them to be quiet but no staff members. When we left our room the next morning we were met with an overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway

Very good value for money, a basic room and a real hostal feel to it, reminded me of my younger backpacking days! but the staff were friendly, and the room although not particularly attractive had 3 beds, a table with 3 chairs, and a bathroom with bath and bidet. There was also a small balcony but not a particularly good view. The wi-fi access didn't work in our room but there was a comfortable lounge area with sofas and tv to sit and connect to wi-fi. Not particularly extravagent but for that price you can't complain, they accepted pets so I could travel comfortably with my 2 children, puppy and kitten and leave the pets in the room while we went out sightseeing. We would definitely go there again.

The bathroom and bed linen could have been cleaner. Also, one reason I chose this hostal was because it was close to the train station but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a direct route from the station to the hostal so it ended up being quite a long walk.

Personnel very wellcoming, understands English good but do not speak really well which is usial in Spain and we solved all the questions. It's 5 min walking fromthe center and not far by foot from train station, direct public bus frombus station has a stop right near the hotel. Numbers a bit old but has a s very interedting ceramic designs of local style. Bath with the shower which is great for me. Windows of my room were on the inner yard which is depressive, as the building is old. But smell was so fresh and awsome and birds sang all over (don't know where though, but I've heard. On the direction to the center there is nice bakery.

A bit depressive grey colors in number and that block is old, as well as building 70s probably... But in the end of the day I felt good, people are very friendly around and it's not dangerous or dirty (which can be as well).

The hostel is really a great option. Cleaned and organized. Location is excellent! Great value for the money.

As we went on hot season no late check out available. But it was ok even though.

I liked the price, very cheap for what they ofer. If it is could or warm it's ok, because they have a air conditioner in each room. The people and the services of employees were very good (they are very kind). they give me a fork

If you are too perfect with the clean, don't come. If you have a light sleep don't come, normal noises could interrupt your sleep. I really didn't like that they allowed dogs in the rooms, but maybe someone like...

Good location - near various churches etc. Granada cathedral is a 20 minute walk. Alhambra is not walkable unless you want an 1 hour walk up a hill in 40oC. However you can walk to the bus stop (20 min walk) and then go from there. I got a coach into and out of Granada and the bus to and from the coach station goes directly outside the hostel. Air conditioned room and TV. Staff very friendly and I checked out at midday and they kept my backpack until 11:00 at night when my coach left - they also let me stay in the lobby for hours watching the TV.
