Great location!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean, and there were enough on both floors so that you didn't have to wait. I find location to be a huge factor when choosing accommodation, and this location was excellent in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz!!!

Perfect location. Beautiful decoration. I arrived in the very early morning (about 6 am...) The staff was very kind, letting me rest in the room without additional charge.

The location is excellent. The staffs were friendly and willing to help. The stairs to the rooms were tiny and stiff--it's not convenient for people travelling with luggage more than 15kg. The cleanliness needs to be improved.

Excellent location, large adjoining family room and very clean. Bathrooms seemed to be cleaned every time someone used it for a shower. Bathroom was really a shower and toilet cubicle. Blankets had a musty smell,

Amazing house. Creative modernisation. Nice people at reception. Best location. Bathroom for kids. Badly soundproofed. Doors though cool and old, with heavy lockers, but could be adjusted better.

-The location is fantastic. The hotel is literally a two minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. -The rooms are very eclectic and it made for an interesting place to stay. -Staff was friendly and helpful. - Sure the bathrooms are separate but they were relatively clean and there was plenty of them. - The wall between my room and the neighboring room was rather thin. I could hear their conversations and I'm sure they could hear mine. The first floor in general could be noisy and made for difficult sleeping at times if people came in late.

It is a beautiful Pension and very well located. Definitely worth the money you pay. The bathroom and toilets are share, but since there are like 5 bathrooms, I did not have any problem using them.

The hostel was located right in the middle of Barrio Santa Cruz but at least from my room, it was surprisingly quiet at night which was really good. A no-frills, clean, economical and very central place to stay in Sevilla! The shared bathrooms were always kept pretty clean but the shower areas in one or 2 of the bathrooms flooded easily and the water would flow out of the shower area, making the entire bathroom floor rather wet after one took a shower and a little unpleasant. Other than that, everything else was fine about the hostal.

Space and staff, not really English-speaking, but helpful when I wanted to print my train ticket. The main entrance door did not close - that did not seem safe. My room was without window outside. No heating was on, which is discussable decision for the end of December.

It was close to the main historical sites or within easy walking distance. It was clean and there were ample bathrooms to use. It was difficult to find even if you found the area it was in. They had confirmed my stay by e-mail but when I arrived I had to stay at another pension for the first night, which was not clean and the room wreaked of smoke. There was no indication from them prior to arriving that my first night would be like this. I was very angry and had no explanation from them for what happened. I would not stay there again, even though the remainder of my stay was okay. There are many stairs in the hostel as well.

Perfect location, right in the middle of Santa Cruz district; room small but cosy, even though there are shared bathrooms at the hostal, there is more than enough of them for the amount of rooms. Totally recommend it!

Big room, comfortable bed, clean, plenty toilets, plenty hot running water, very economical, friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Quiet. I like to have a window in my room, my room didn't have one(apart from a small one looking on to the hall), that is probably why it was only 20 euros a night.

Terrible staff, insultin us because they had a problem with their credit card computer connection. No coorparative at all and not helpfull, not the way you want be treated as a guest and human. A part from that the showers were full of fungus and the towels they gave us were dirty and smelly. Not recommended at all!

Excellent location. The decor is very nice as well. We were a bit worried about the shared bathrooms but turned out that each floor has three bathrooms and they are all clean. And most of times they are available. Steep stairs. Be aware if you are traveling with elderly. Since there are a few restaurants nearby, you will expect noise up until almost 1am.

YOU CAN NOT GET THERE BY CAR. DONT EVEN TRY!! Location is good though. Everything that you need to see is nearby. No lift. But we got some help from the guy at the front desk. It is loud at night because the restaurants are located right on the first floor and you are above them. The staff is very friendly. Good value for the money of course. Dont expect luxury rooms. No problems with shared bathrooms at all. Always available No lift... but what do you expect in the very old house right in the center of the city??? :) Loud outside at night.

Excellent location in Santa Cruz, within short distance of all main sights. Surrounded by excellent tapas/breakfast bars/restaurants. Rooms were basic, clean, comfortable and quaint, but lacked a wardrobe. Typically Spanish. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shared toilets/bathrooms were plentiful, and cleaned regularly and well. Good value for money. No wardrobe or drawers in bedroom. You can't always count on other guests been as clean as you are yourselves.
