Very central location
The noisy terrasse inthe square which keep you awake until 2am... Not even a boiler and a tea in the room.
Super location and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, modern, and simply designed - good style.
Beds were a bit old. More comfortable mattresses would be nice.
Location location location. The staff are very helpful.
The stairs and the rooms were very small.
Central location. Rooms were modern and have air con. Wi-fi worked well in room. The mini-fridge in the room was a nice touch.
Rooms are very small. It is a very compact hotel and quite loud in the morning when the cleaning staff/other guests start moving around.
Nice view, clean and safe. Staff provided the type of service that I like to have and they were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
No Breakfast Included. :-( I would it to have a lift.
My son was sick and we asked for a late checkout. They let us stay until 1pm with no charge.
Our room had a rather strong bad smell. We asked to change room but this could not be accommodated.
I thoroughly appreciated the staff who were genuinely friendly not just professionally polite. They were very accommodating and immediately upon arrival offered me a choice of two rooms. Since this was my first visit I had no idea that I needed to climb 3 flights of stairs. Considering I'm at the retirement age with a tender knee cap, I asked for help to take the luggage up: No problem for them and No "attitude" as well. They also explained why they require three days when requesting a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday reservation. Would I reserve again? You bet! Thank you Javier(s)
Would have given excellent for facilities if I didn't need to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the hostal. But considering the price, I'll get over it real quick. The only discomfort I experienced was the toxic breathtaking disinfectant I inhaled when I entered the room. It took a while and lots of fan/air condition blowing to rid the smell. But again, I would not want the alternative either. Then there's the bathroom. Hat's off to the architect because not a cm of space was left unused. I'm small but still had to coordinate my position between the bathroom door and the toilet. The tiny bathtub/shower is odd but efficiently designed. It's square with a built in seat. So actually it's not a problem, just different.
when we arrived there was no room, then we were given a smelly closet. Our refusal to have done with a decent room on the top floor. After one day they wanted to change our room yet.
