“ Very chill hostel that only has about four rooms. Almost like a hotel. Gets you away from the drinking and party atmosphere found in many hostels. The owner is awesome too, great guy. Drove me tonthe hospital when I was ill and incredibly helpful jn all regards. ”

This family-run guest house is set in central Sant Boi de Llobregat, just outside Barcelona. Set in a charming town house built in 1908, its rooms are all heated and include a TV. Hostal Porta de Ferro is located just 6 km from Barcelona El Prat Airport. There are beaches within 8 km. A tennis club and swimming pool are within 500 metres, and the Parc de la Muntanyeta is within walking distance. Hostal Porta de Ferro maintains its original façade and features a terrace. The rooms at the Porta de Ferro all come with a free safety deposit box. Some rooms have a balcony. There is a choice between rooms with a private bathroom or a shared bathroom. Very chill hostel that only has about four rooms. Almost like a hotel. Gets you away from the drinking and party atmosphere found in many hostels. The owner is awesome too, great guy. Drove me tonthe hospital when I was ill and incredibly helpful jn all regards.

Reasonably clean and tidy. Good Wi-Fi. Arrived late (after closing time) administrator tried to extort a 20 euro 'fine' to let me in (I had four nights booked at a total price of around 250 euros). Told me he had to 'call people to come and open the hostel', when I could hear his phone ringing through the door. To be fair, I arrived late (delayed flight) and woke up the administrator, but this is no excuse for such behaviour (shouting, blackmailing) and confrontational attitude with paying guests. Very cold.

Friendly staff. A good price. Basic accomodation but fine for the price. We arrived in the evening and parking anywhere in the area was almost impossible.

Mycket trevlig och serviceminded hotellägare, Eduardo (Edward) som talade god engelska. Glad, trevlig och rolig! Fint gammalt hus! Rent och snyggt, sängarna var ovanligt bekväma Vi stannade i 2 nätter innan vi reste vidare till Frankrike. Hotellägaren ställde upp och körde oss till biluthyrningen på El Prat, gav oss karta över stadsdelen, förklarade busslinjer, mm. Fin service tycker vi!

eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en lekker rustig gelegen in authentiek straatje en vlakbij openbaar vervoer en supermarkt en winkels. zeer goed bevallen. als je met de auto bent is er niet al teveel parkeerplaats in de buurt maar niet storend en door de eigenaar moeilijk te verbeteren denk ik

Atencion y precio.el dueño nos oriento en lugares tanto turisticos como de restorant muy amablemente.Nos guardo una maleta y al regreso hasta nos guardo un lugar en el parking .volveria volveria

Su proximidad al aeropuerto, permite pasar una noche en un lugar limpio entre 2 vuelos sin tener que gastarse una fortuna. La atención al cliente es excelente (llegamos a las 22:30). No. Corresponde totalmente a lo que ví en la página web del hostal y a lo que buscaba para una noche.

Propreté et tranquillité pour le meilleur rapport qualité-prix à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Il faut parfois chercher un parking mais le quartier parait très sûr.

It is far far away from Barcelona and to reach here you mean to take some transport which is not covered by Barcelona. The reaching directions were very incomplete and poor. I stayed two nights there, and both nights I had to walk to hotel for around 1 hour. Also asking adresses from locals is very hard because they don't know english, and this place is not easily found. One of the living residence has been replaced into a hostel.

L'accueil très chaleureux et les nombreuses explications Le propriétaire parle un peu l'anglais La propreté des chambres et de la salle de bain La proximité avec Barcelone que nous avons visité Le prix très correct (critère décisif pour nous)

Es ist sauber und der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es ist nah am Flughafenbus und eigentlich sehr ruhig. Es ist ein Nichtraucherhostal und ich bekam ein verqualmtes Zimmer. Ab nachts um 4 rauschte alle 10Minuten die Toilettenspülung.

La proximidad al aeropuerto. Te alojas una noche sin gastar mucho ya que alrededor los hoteles son caros. Yo tuve que quedarme entre vuelos. Necesita una reforma, es para una noche.

Nos ha gustado Su ubicacion pq está cerca del aeropuerto . Cojes un autobús desde el aeropuerto para llegar al pueblo donde está el hostal. La amabilidad del dueño es excelente. Debería modernizarlo y creo q deberían poner sábanas y toallas blancas.
