The location was fantastic right in the heart of the historical centre. As this hotel claims to be a 5 Star GL you do not expect to be told you have to ask for a bathrobe or complimentary slippers. Also there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which you would expect in this type of hotel. |

central, right next to the cathedral and all tourist attractions. Historic building, room decoration fits the building. The hotel's gallic restaurant Enxebre was excellent and reasonable. Great (!!!!) sea food. The staff is very nice. I thought the value-price relationship was a little off, but I still think it's worth the experience. The first time I stayed there the room was quite small and very dark. Also, you could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The 2. time I stayed there the room was almost double in size and much nicer. However, it was very noisy (from the street) until 2am. |

The hostal itself is beautiful, a place to visit. It is perfectly located in the middle of Santiago. The food is very good and the staff very kind. |

Entre autres choses le petit déjeuner qui est assez unique en son genre avec énormément de produits à choisir et à manger.Et bien sur le lieu est exceptionel et de toute beautè. Je trouve que pour le prix on pourrait ajouter un petit ordinateur dans la chambre comme nous avons trouvé à Salamanca. |

Ubicación y el edificio en general. Las habitaciones necesitan "reforma" urgente. El cuarto de baño con ducha oxidada y con antihigienicas "cortinas". Las camas con canape de skay (de los que ya no se ven) y colchones blandos. La limpieza de la habitación: sólo nos hicieron la cama. |

Localisation, qualité Contrairement a ce qui était indiqué dans la réservation. Le montant d'une nuit a été prélevé sur la carte de réservation. L'hotel nous a prévenu à notre arrivée. |

La arquitectura del hotel y la calidad del desayuno y del servicio de su personal. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma URGENTE. De acuerdo que el hotel es antiguo pero se puede reformar manteniendo su encanto. Es INADMISIBLE que un hotel de 5 estrellas G:L: tenga las habitaciones como las de un hostal de 2*. |
