Hostal Residencia Catalina  

We had a great stay here. The staff were so helpful and spoke excellent english. A short walk from the hotel was some great tapa's bars and the staff at the hotel recommended a few stand out ones which we went to and enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was really good and had good variety which we enjoyed. There is free public parking around the corner of the hotel and the staff will tell you were it is. Would definitely stay again.

Cosy family driven hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Really copious breakfast. Perfect price quality ratio. If needed I go back.

We were 3 friends that stayed in a triple room in the hostal - the room was excellent and very spacious; it had everything you could need and was kept very clean too by the staff. The breakfast was one of the best things there - I recommend going for this option because the price is really great value for the variety of food you get. Its a small family run hotel with a lovely personal feel, and the guys are really helpful and will go the extra mile to help you and make your stay there comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved the customers service: flexibility and personal approach were present all the time. The location is very good: in the center of Palamos, next to a local parking, in a calm street. All rooms had nice views of the village and even the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, with several choices that changed every day. Everything was clean and the ambience of the Residencia Catalina was calm as we were expecting.

I stayed in this hotel last October and was so impressed that I did not even consider staying elsewhere for my latest trip to Palamos in April. The hotel itself is delightful, beautifully decorated and with some very interesting period furniture. My bedroom was a good size as was the bathroom and spotlessly clean. It also included a kettle with tea and coffee provided. I would certainly recommend the breakfast. It was served in a spacious, light and airy breakfast room and included a large selection of breads, cold meats (I had some very good ham), cheeses, fruit and dried fruit, cereals, pastries, yoghurts, excellent coffee, fruit juices and teas. However it was unobtrusive hospitality of the owners that made my stay in the hotel such a pleasure.

Sencillo, pero bien

Es el segundo año que repetimos y quiero volver a destacar la amabilidad de la persona que está en la recepción, la exelencia del desayuno en variedad y calidad, la correcta ubicación y la buena relación calidad-precio.

No me gusto que a las 7,30h. empezara una juerga impresionante en la habitación contigua, sin ningún respeto por los que nos habiamos acostado tarde.¡ Pero en fin, que le vamos a hacer!.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans cet hôtel. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillant, très gentil. Le personnel et très attentif , très serviable. A noter : Le petit déjeuner et très copieux, il y a vraiment de tout, et pour tout les goûts. Nous avons séjourné a la Résidencia Catalina pour le week end de Pâques, nous avons eu droit au champagne, délicate attention.

Quartier calme, mais l'hôtel n'ai pas insonorisé. ( douche, chasse d'eau etc)
