Location. Too far away from everything (20 min walk). Patronizing hosts.

Super Friendly and Helpfull staff. Only 20 min walk from the Guggenheim. Gut connections with public transport to the old town. Potential safe parking for the car.

The area around the hotel was a little too industrial and partly run down.

On arrival the Manager was very friendly and give us directions to places of interest immediately on arrival. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked, the sink basin was clean, the window and blinds opened and closed properly Despite breakfast starting usually at 7.30a.m they facilitated us by starting at 7.00a.m. as we had an early flight. The breakfast had variety and was tasty. Everybody was friendly and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We asked what time Guggenheim Museum closed in the evening we were informed we had plenty of time as it closed around 9p.m. In fact they did not sell tickets after 7.30p.m. consequenly we did not get around the museum as we arrved at 7.30p.m. As this is no 1 attraction in the city I felt the hotel management should know the exact time this place closed.

Hotel was lovely. Very difficult to find at first, but the location was quite good. Fantastic view over the river and staff was super helpful. Tarrace was a big bonus and metro. supermarkets and city easy reachable. Can only recommend this hotel a we enjoyed our stay very much!!

The owner/manager and housekeeper were extremely helpful and spoke good English.

Noise from nearby factory which seemed to work 24 hours a day. Could close window to dull it, but room got rather stuffy.

Great location - 15 minutes walk from city (start of Gran Via), ten minutes walk from metro station at Deusto. Friendly staff - the guy on reception spoke really good English. Breakfast choice was good (but continental). Hostel and rooms were spotlessly clean. It's friendly and comfortable - what more do you need!

Some noise from the factory at the rear - but it was rectified by closing the window at night. I visited at the beginning of June, may benefit from air conditioning in the depths of summer.

Near to the town centre and the Ferry Port.

Parking was a problem at the weekend and holidays when the on site garage was full as it only held 4-5 cars.

Very nice hotel. Kind staff. Super breakfast. Garage near hotel. We had a nice view to the Nevron river. About 10 minutes walk to the Guggenheim. I would choose this hotel again.

The people who ran it were particularly nice and helpful. It is surrounded by derelict industrial spaces and quite a schlep to metro / useful bus / into centre. However perversely we rather liked being made aware of this totally unglamorous ?due to be erased area.

The only draw back with the accommodation for us was the location with regard to the bus station in Bilbao. We only stayed for one night before travelling on to our final destination and as our arrival and departure were via the bus station this location was not good because of where the bridges across the river are located.

For the price, the room was very good. It is clear that the owners and staff pay attention to the hotel and to the cleanliness.

Internet service is cheap but it needs to be better. Please charge each client just one extra euro and add fresh fruit to the breakfast (bananas, apples, oranges).

Quite a walk from the centre of town, though the bus a4 stops nearby which takes you part way into the city.

Lo amable que es el personal, y en nuestro caso que quedaba al lado de donde está instalado el Circo del Sol.

La zona donde está, hay muchas naves abandonadas. Pero aún así estás justo en la Ría y se puede ir dando un paseo hasta cerca del centro sin problema.
