Clean, inexpensive, centrally located near to train and bus stations, friendly staff.

Staff spoke no English, insisted that payment should be made in cash, located just off a very busy road with the sound of traffic all night.

El servicio era muy bueno. El hostal esta muy serca a todos lugares turisticos y tambien esta en un calle muy tranquilo sin ruido.

En nuestro habitacion no hemos podido abrir la ventana.

The staff and the location we liked. Also, the place was excellently clean and nicely decorated in its semi-tacky pseudo-rustic style that included wrought-iron gates, carved fences and lots of azulejo-s. (Tiles)

The bed was made for dwarfs, some rooms have no windows what-so-ever (ours certainly did not) and the abundantly tiled corridors echoed even the most quiet conversations as badly as keeping us awake or awakening us at inappropriate times. The street outside would have been more quiet, but we had rented the room.

It is well located. The rooms have good airconditions. near historical part.

Each time you want to enter you have to ring the bell, however they did not say anything and will open the door, I felt unconfortable waking him up at 2am!

-The location was great, very close to the city center. -The front door was locked 24/7 (which made it very safe) and you had to be buzzed in, but the staff were always very attentive and buzzed us in right away even late at night. -The room was cleaned daily, if you weren't in the room during cleaning hours, which wasn't much of a problem because we were always out and about during the day. -Bed was comfortable -Was very budget-friendly, I dislike hotels that are somewhat expensive but give you all kinds of room amenities like a big tv, big bathroom, desks, chairs, etc. when all I really need is a bed, a bathroom/shower and somewhere safe to keep my things during the day. When you're traveling you don't sit around the hotel, you go out and see things. Give me a cheap, nice, clean place with a comfy bed and nothing else and I'm happy. This place was definitely the right choice for that. If you want a big room with amenities this isn't the place for you.

It would have been nice to know what time the rooms were cleaned so we could time our day to not be there.

Location and Friendly people

The price is reasonable. And the room is good at this price. There are 20 mins walk from the old town.

Central location. Very clean and everything that we wanted.

The location is excellent,near to all touristic attractions, the staff is great,always with a smile on their faces and ready to help you and give all the info needed.The rooms are cleaned every day, including towel change.There were no insects (i hate those) and the WI_FI worked also in the room (althought they say that works only in public areas)

Staff were welcoming, friendly and spoke English well. Our triple room was on the ground floor next to reception but it wasn't noisy (other than the general city noises, the hotel is on a side street just off a major road). Room was clean and air conditioning most welcome as was around 35 deg when we stayed in mid-May. Can organise tickets for tours and shows at reception. Only a short walk to the main bus station for the airport express, and less than 15mins walk to the cathedral or river. Parking station only two blocks away.

Space in the room was tight for 3 people.

Good location, good price, nice personel

Very hard to find as the street is small and almost invisible on map. If you have problems with finding count 4th street from zebra crossing Pelayo/Dato or ask firemen near by:)

Excellent helpful and friendly staff although could not speak English were able to communicate to assist us. Very clean basic hotel.

Bathroom layout was poor with limited access in and out of the shower.

Staff were very nice, location was good - less than 15 minute walk to most of the major sights in Sevilla; felt very safe; beautiful tiles on the stairwell

One of the lights in the room was broken and not fixed during our stay; they were renovating one of the rooms which caused some plaster to fall down during the day

The rooms are a bit noisy but we will defenitely stay there again when we are coming back to sevilla.

La amabilidad del pesonal,buen trato,economico y el buen hambiente.

Que sólo limpian los cuartos y tienden las camas hasta la 1 de la tarde. Si sales de la habitación después de esta hora ya no te lo limpian

La ubicación, detrás del barrio de Santa Cruz y relativamente cerca de la catedral. El precio.

La enorme dificultad para aparcar. Los mosquitos, arañas y otros insectos en la habitación, que parecían entrar a su aire por las rendijas del aire acondicionado y los conductos de los baños. Una habitación no muy bien cuidada, con necesidad de pequeñas reformas (desconchones, agujeros).
