La posizione

Da dove cominciare..insonorizzazione del tutto assente(si sentivano tutti I rumori provenienti da fuori ma anche da dentro),camera troppo essenziale , nei mobili ma anche nei comfort (va bene che è un ostello quindi niente aria condizionata e televisore, ma neanche il sapone in bagno...), biancheria cambiata solo l'ultimo giorno e solo una volta in tutto il soggiorno, bagno piccolo, cuscini scomodi senza la possibilità di esser cambiati...insomma, se si può spendere qualcosa in più fatelo e soggiornate in qualcosa di meglio.

La posizione strategica, vicina a due cale bellissime a negozi, bar, ristoranti e fermata dell'autobus.Lo staff disponibilissimo, colazione discreta.Hotel ideale per coppie giovani con spirito di adattamento.La mia esperienza è stata più che positiva.Consigliato

L'hostal si trova in posizione centralissima in Cala d'or, la signora Antonia e la signora delle pulizie sono molto disponibili e accoglienti, la camera era un po' calda e non tanto grande, la colazione abbastanza completa. Nel complesso abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno,soprattutto in termini di qualità prezzo.

Buona posizione per accedere alle spiagge più belle dell'isola, che per me sono nella parte sud-est, est, nord-est. Muovendosi sempre nel raggio di 50 Km si visitano tutte..

Si evince che il turismo nella zona è cambiato, oggi più per famiglie che si riversano nei resort,nonostante il paese sia molto attrezzato a sostenere un turismo più movimentato...dunque non si percepisce un investimento nella ristrutturazione dell'albergo, che in realtà avrebbe un buon potenziale. Ne risente soprattutto il comfort di base legato alla climatizzazione, assente, e alla biancheria, lenzuola e asciugamani non in perfetta forma

I liked the localization. Staff was also very helpful. BUt what I like the most is the price:)

Cost, cleanliness and central location. Very hardworking housekeeper.

Noisy because of central location. Transfer busses went down street early morning and late at night. Main complaint, however, was element of costcutting in management. For example, no plugs in washhand basins or Bath/showers (this seemed to apply in each room). breakfast was poor - no variety, no fruit, coffe from machine tasted awful [think it was milk which was spoiled by being in machine]. No outgoing telephone calls possible despite blurb saying that this was possible at extra cost. Bedding poor - very thin, worn sheets and no spare blanket - not that it was needed.

Central location-but that was also a curse! Very clean.

Street noise on front is very loud and long. Very warm/hot with no ar- conditioning. It is a very insecure establishment. Breakfast was the same each morning and not appetising. And the most important thing for me was that I was unable to make any calls out either with a locally bought calling card or an international calling card that I brought with me neither of which would have cost the Hostal anything. Major issue for me.

Very nice little hotel with friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Location is also good close to the beach and restaurants. Have nothing bad to say.

Good location, near to beach and entertainment. Basic accommodation but clean. Good breakfast of eggs bacon bread cake and pastry. There is a cold drinks machine which came in handy at night. Very helpful owner Antonia. Very good value for money. Will go back.

Everything. When your first look you think it is OK. But then you realize, it is not OK at all. We stayed 4 days with my fiance and we it was the worst place we stayed. Room was very hot and there was no air conditioner which is OK as they don't say, they have any. But please take this into consideration. Sheets and pillows were very old and not clean at all. Towels were disaster. They must have been used since stone-ages. Beds were very uncomfortable. (they don't have double bed, just twin beds) We both had a backache. Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain was very old and dirty again, I couldn't touch it at all. They say breakfast is included but I must say breakfast was very poor. Bacon, ham, cheese and scrambled eggs. The taste of cheese was not good and I don't eat pork meat so I ate only eggs for four days. All the plates, cups, knives and forks were very dirty, they were oily. I've never seen such thing. I wish breakfast would be optional.

Nice positioned in Cala D'or: in the downtown next to shops & bars/restaurant and small cala d'or, but in a quiet street (only shops, closing at 22.00, so no noise in the night - except of unpolite loudy guests..). Rooms with small balcony. Good breackfast and nice personal. Very simple structure. Beds and towels changed regularly. Liked it anyway and would come again surely.

Well, cleaning was a little carent: done daily but very quickly I suppose: probably due to the fact that there were only one nice maid preparing breackfast, cleaning rooms and organizing guests check out and hotel supplies check in, so very busy. No air conditioning, but possibility of hiring a ventilator.

The person working on the front desk is lovely and competent. She will give you a couple of good recommendations if you ask for it. The other people who are working in San Francisco are also very friendly. The rooms are simple, but nice. Almost every room is equipped with a quite big balcony.

The location of the hotel is excellent, basically right in the heart of the city Cala d'Or. The negative side is that every morning around 4:30 am the cleaning machine makes incredible loud noise. In the summer time it is too warm to keep the balcony door shut, so the guests have to get used to the noise. Sometimes you might also wake up by people partying on the street at around 3:00 am in the morning. Another problem is the quality of the breakfast. Eggs, ham and juices are of very poor condition. The fresh towels you receive are sometimes sewed together. These disadvantages are annoying, but you can get used to it.

We has a lovely 2 days stay.Antonia , the owner is a very friendly a nice lady.The room was comfortable and clean.The location excellent, right in the heart of the town, close to everything.

It could be very noisy in the early hours of the day,because it s situated in a very central street of the town.

Great value for money. Very friendly welcome. Rooms very clean and tidy, room service every day. This hostal is a great place to stay in when discovering Mallorca.

Erg veel rumoer van de straat, zowel muziek, uitgaanslawaai als de schoonmaakauto's 's ochtends vroeg.

De kamers zijn erg simpel ingericht en het ontbijt was slecht!!!!

Ik vond het verblijf schoon en handdoeken werden geregeld verschoond. En Antonia was erg vriendelijk. Ook de ligging was perfect.

Ik vond een gemis een lijst van telefoonnummers of avond/nacht receptie waar je naar toe kon gaan/ bellen voor calimiteiten of melding te maken van luidruchtige buren en vooral s nachts vond ik dit een kwalijke zaak. Aangezien wij zeer luidruchtige buren hadden en ik niet het risico wilde lopen op een ruzie om hen hier op aan te spreken heeft me dit een nacht gekost waarin we slechts 1 uur nog konden slapen omdat we vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten.

La position géographique est top: au milieu d'une rue commerçante pas trop bruyante. Le confort est parfait pour les petits budgets: literie satisfaisante, rangements, et même, une petite terrasse! Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct (même si la dame n'est pas très aimable).

Le fond de la baignoire était gris: j'ai acheté du javel le jour de notre arrivée. Le service de nettoyage de la rue va vous réveiller à 7h du matin précises, tous les jours, et pour 15 bonnes minutes (aller et retour de deux machines: une pour le route, l'autre pour les trottoirs). Il vous faudra prévoir des boules Quiès. L'endroit est extrêmement touristique (touristes allemands, hollandais et anglais), donc à ne pas recommander pour ceux qui chercheraient du calme ou des cartes de restos en français. Les draps et les serviettes n'ont jamais été changés en 6 jours.

bizzat kendimiz Mayorka'nın merkezinden uzak olarak Cala D'or da kalmak istedik. yeri kesinlikle çok iyiydi. sahibi olan bayan bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. oda sokağa baktığı için tabiki ses oluyordu. plaj çok yakın olduğu için çok avantajlıydı.

hostelin sahibi olan bayanın booking.com'a yazmayı atladığı bir şey varmış, güvenlik kasasının ve vantilatörün ilave ücretli olarak tedarik edildiği. sıcak havada vantilatörün ilave ücretli olması önemli bir durum.
