free cancellation My wife got sick and we had to cancel after the 2 day limit, yet the owner was so kind about not charging us. Definitely staying there next time we go to Laguna Negra.
It was a cosy place to stay and the staff tried very hard to understand us. Our Spanish was very limited and their English was limited as well. But everything worked out ok. The beds were comfortable. Lots of parkingspaces.
There was NO airco (or whatsoever). The windows could open but it was very noisy in the evening (children playing till 0.00) so it stayed very hot in our room, eventhough it cooled down a lot outside during the night. We had no wifi in our room (2nd floor, last room), but at the bar it was fine. The breakfast tasted fine, but was very simple. (and not 3 euro, but 5)
Countryside & village very picturesque. Good location for going on to Santander. Staff very helpful & friendly.
Nice environment and surroundings. Friendly staff. Wifi. Good food. Good price.
Everything was fine
The staff/owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful even coping well with our vegetarian requirements. The situation was also perfect for taking our dog out for long walks. We only stayed for one night but we will without doubt return for a longer stay.
Very friendly and hospitable host. Evening dinner in the bar was excellent, accompanied by some local guitar-playing singers who were both enjoying themselves and giving pleasure to all.
Convenient restaurant in hotel. Good situation for touring mountains, either by car or on foot. Only 3 hours drive from Spain's ferry ports. Storm nesting on top of church clock tower next door!
Excellent value for money . After several days in San Sebastián and Bilbao it was very pleasant to stay over night in this nice village on our way to Madrid . It was very clean and the proprietors very helpful .
