Very Clean. I give 5-star for that. And in the middle of everything. Very good location with a very very good price! The owners are very helpful. Highly recommended. Bathroom is quite small but acceptable as it's very clean and you get everything you need, actually.

We arrived after midnight on our first day in Madrid and the staff was waiting for us to let us in. The lady that welcomed us did not know English but she had all the information we needed written neatly on a sheet of paper. The room we were in was modest but clean and comfortable. Given how little time we spent actually in the hotel it was great value. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was quiet as it was facing the courtyard. I loved the vintage elevator and the mosaic at the entrance of this old building. You can't find someone who speaks English at all times.

Sorprendentemente, todo estaba mejor de lo que esperaba Trato personal, perfecto Habitación, perfecto Estancia, muy cómoda Volveré cuando pueda en otra ocasión Después de estar pensando un buen rato, no se qué poner en este apartado.

Da rela¢ao qualidade/pre¢o. Da excelente localiza¢ao, perto das esta¢oes do metro da Plaza de Espana, Callao e Santo Domingo. O quarto era magnifico, virado para a Gran Via e a sua limpeza perfeita. Destaco tambem a forma excecional como fomos tratados pelo funcionario Hector. Fantastico! Nada a dizer.

Hôtel idéalement situé sur Gran via à 2 mn à pied de la station de métro Plazza de Espana. Hall d'entré tout en marbre digne d'un palace, très beau ascenseur style année 30, patronne accueillante mais ne parle pas Français ni Anglais. Chambre très correcte et belle salle de bain. Demandez une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure très calme.Je reviendrai à cet hôtel à mon prochain voyage à Madrid. Possibilité de laisser son trolley le matin du départ pour faire son shopping allégé.

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicacion aunque he de mencionar que en limpieza le doy un sobresaliente. Tambien he de reseñar la buena atencion al cliente que me han dispensado. Me ha gustado todo aunque si tengo que destacar algo quiza sea que el baño es un poco pequeño.

La verdad solo estuve una noche por motivos de salud de un familiar,pero el trato por la señora Conchi fue muy amable,el hotel muy limpio y acogedor,lo recomiendo y sobre todo por la ubicación,en plena Gran Via y a 1 minuto del metro.

su buena ubicacion y la relacion calidad/precio y la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendio la calle es un poco ruidosa porque tiene mucho tránsito y el baño es demasiado pequeño ,hay que tener mucho cuidado al salir de la bañera

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Muy buena ubicación. Perfecto para una escapada a Madrid en la que no se necesiten grandes lujos. El edificio dispone de calefacción central, acumulándose en exceso el calor en la habitación.

Tout a été parfait. Très bel hôtel avec personnel disponible parlant anglais. L'emplacement est idéal. La Gran Via est forcément bruyante (bruit de circulation...)
