ホテル自体は良かったのですが、手配してくれたドライバーが€10ぼったくったのでがっかりだった。信頼できるドライバーを呼んで欲しい。 わかり辛い事をもっと前もって明記しておいて欲しかった。 |

ホテルが少し路地を入ったビルの2階にあるため、少し探しにくかったです。ビル内はかなり汚いですが、ホテル内は申し分ないです。スタッフも英語を話し、質問なども親切に答えてくれます。朝食が付いていないのは残念ですが、街の中心にあるので、そこまで困らないと思います。部屋もものすごいキレイでおしゃれなので、またﾏﾄﾞﾘｯﾄﾞに来る際は、ここに泊まりたいと思います。 |

建物の外観は古くて何とも言えませんが、ホステルのモダンな内装や細やかなサービスは素晴らしかったです。ロケーションも中心地でいいですし、おすすめしますよ！ 周辺が安宿街で薄暗かった。気にしなければ平気ですけど。 |

駅から近く、部屋もきれいでオスタルとして考えればとても良いと思います。 たまたまかもしれませんが、入り口までいくためのエレベーターが動かなくなってしまい、二階分スーツケースを手で持って運ばなくてはならなくなってしまい大変でした。 |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended places to visit, and rang ahead to restuarants for us to check availability. Sometimes the noise from the reception area travels down the hallway into the rooms. The reception area and hall have timber floors. A door between the two might eliminate this problem. |

Room clean and newly refurbished, bed comfortable, location (nearness to everything) great, internet available for free, hotel staff very helpful. Hostal very difficult to find - logo may be cool, but you can't read it, sign way up on 2nd floor. First thing you see when you get in the front door is a gutted building, something should be done to improve first impression when stepping inside door. Neighborhood marginal. Getting to room on 3rd floor inconvenient - take lift from ground floor to 2nd fl, enter office and take stairs to 3rd fl. |
