Cleaning almost wonderfull..eachday they r cleaning the rooms, staff knows english well and friendly, location amazing...

if you are family with children rooms may become little and noise (bec. of centre) may disturb you..otherwise strongly recommended..

Clean room, friendly staff (speaks English as well), good value. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Nice! Close to Sol (and metro).

Great location, very very central and good value for money. The room and hotel were very clean and the building felt safe as there was a big metal gate downstairs on the road (always locked). Staff was very polite and helpful.

Alas the room we were given was noisy. There is a club called "El Sol" right under the hotel and they play music from 11pm till 2am. I am sure that rooms on the other side of the building (not on Calle Victoria) are much quieter, so ask for a quiet room if you prefer.

Loved this Hostal. Perfect location right in the heart of madrid. We walked to everything, no need to use public transport but only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station. We weren't affected by any noise problems but we weren't in Madrid on a weekend so the bars in the area weren't open late but I can imagine there cuold be issues with noise from the surrounding bars. Very cute decor and everything was very clean.

Everything was fantastic.... Only thing that had unconfort us was the noise, we could hear pleaple in the other rooms and the corridor... Thank you to Lavinia and Helena! very kind!

As mentioned before, the noise. Maybe they could put some carperts in the corridor, so the heels doesnt sound at least.

Great location in the heart of Madrid. Really nice staff and cozy room. Perfect for travellers who intend to spend most of their time out and about in the city and just need a safe, comfortable and affordable place to sleep.

The hostel was in a great location, the room was a great size and the decor was lovely!

The room can get a bit noisy

Excellent position closed to the puerta del Sol.

A disco is under the hostal, and a lot of noise from 12 pm to 6 am.

Rooms are clean and nice. Shower is great.

The double windows in the room do not manage to prevent the terrible noise from the street, this is after we explicitly asked about it and were told it is enough and the room is quiet. The hostal is located in a very busy nightlife part of Madrid. Furthermore, the hotel staff allowed themselves fixing the parquet floor, for a whole day, preventing from anyone to rest or sleep. Needless to say, we did not get any compensation for this bad experience. We practically did not sleep for 48 hours.

It was newly furnished in very good taste and very clean. The staff was kind and friendly and spoke English. The double glazing and thick curtain help a lot with the noise from outside.

There was a lot of noise from outside because of its central location and some noise from the next room.

A localização é boa, ficando a apenas um quarteirão da Praça do Sol. Todo o hotel estava muito limpo e o serviço de quartos foi impecável. A decoração é agradável, completamente igual as fotos.

Isolamento acústico é mau. Quarto tem relativamente pouca luz ambiente.

Nuevo,excelente decoración , una gran amabilidad del personal que unido a su situación ,junto a sol en pleno corazón de Madrid lo hace muy recomendable

No es que haya ruido afuera, no es eso. Es que justo debajo del hotel hay una discoteca y se oye todo. Y las paredes retumban. Incomprensible que hayan instalado un hotel ahí. Por otra parte a partir de las siete de la mañana los dos días, la dueña empieza su cháchara en voz alta por teléfono. Realmente no se puede dormir. Y a pesar de eso nos amenazó con cobrarnos más dinero por retrasar en la salida diez minutos.

Удобное расположение, находится в обычном доме на втором этаже. Дают ключи от 3-х дверей: вход в подъезд, вход в хостел, и от комнаты. Есть wi-fi в номере

Персонал не говорит на английском; очень шумно, под окнами постоянно кричат о чем-то по ночам! Комнаты небольшие!

No es la primera vez ni será la última que me aloje en el cuando viaje a Madrid

Todo está bastante nuevo y limpio. Está a 2 minutos de la Puerta del Sol y puedes ir a cualquier parte del centro andando.

La habitación era muy pequeña. Se oía el ruido de un extractor continuamente y por la noche, música de un bar.

Ostello molto curato, il personale molto disponibile, lamposizione ottima in quanto in pieno centro .per il nostro prossimo soggiorno credo che lo ricontatteremo subito.

Essendo in centro potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero perchè in una zona piena di locali e rumore fino a tarda notte. Ma per noi non c è stato problema.

me ha gustado la decoraciÓN, la ubicaciÓN, la sensaciÓN de libertad, el trato personal muy agradable, Y tambiÉN muy importante la tranquilidad que se respira.
