Location is unbeatable, the room was small but perfectly clean.
Beware of the underground car park round the corner in Plaza del Duque, our room was € 29, the car park € 30.80!!
Tiny bed, tiny room, no aircon until night. Worst of all every guest has to ring a bell to get into the hotel which is so loud it's heard throughout the entire hotel. In Seville this means being woken up all night long. Take earplugs. I spent 2hours there and left without spending the night.
Bathroom in first room so small couldn't use shower properly. Second room a little better very noisy with busses and motorbikes all night. Probably better for the younger traveller who would be staying out later. Lack of English by staff difficult even with dictionary
Clean place, very small Nice location. NÔ wifi in room as had been advertised. Nô wifi at all for one day. Staff speaks nô English. Not very helpful. Nô tour info as advertised.
Nô wifi in room. Staff spoke nô English. Not helpful.
Location and value for money. Clean but no frills. Staff friendly. Lovely long square two minutes walk away down Trajano street with lots of exciting, reasonably priced, eating places.
Noisy. It was on a narrow but busy street. Traffic and lots of people until the small hours then road cleaning commences. People must ring the doorbell (which can be heard everywhere) to enter the hostal. The city never sleeps and I had difficulty sleeping the first night but no such problems on subsequent nights as I became accostomed to the noise. However, you don't come to Seville for peace and quiet. I suspect many other (more expensive) places would also be noisy.
Nice old building Central location Cheap The lobby
Towels weren't really clean Hairs in the shower Super small shower right next to the sink
The location is excellent, near a lovely plaza and withing walking distance of historic attractions. The staff were very helpful even though they don't speak English & my Spanish is very limited! They were very security conscious too. The building is old and quaint and clean.
There is no parking lot or on street parking. The nearest parking lot is underground and a block away and very expensive! Cost us more than the Hostal!
The location is right in the heart of everything, both historic and nightlife. There is a huge underground carpark about 100 m away, which is very important in Sevilla. When called on, the staff were very helpful.
staff friendly and helpful (though didn't speak much English)
room very small, no lift, no safe box in room, dodgy air-con, hostel smelt a bit of cigarette smoke
Friendly employer in the reception. Nice neighborhood.
"No" internet. it is there but you do not get any signal. Nobody speaks English
The location and staff very helpfull. The city is right there....as soon you steap out of hotel door.Very lively and 3 minuts walk from Alameda de Hercules.
At evenings room on the terrace quite cold.We did stay in past in other rooms and didnt have this disconfort.Next time will make sure to take a portable heater...just in case
