    Excellent location and clean room

The wifi was unreliable but at the end of our stay another router was installed closer to our room and the connection significantly improved. Some difficulties with a language barrier but the people were friendly, the mother of the one of the owners even accompanied me onto the main street early in the morning to help me catch a taxi.

The price, the location, and the Air conditioning!

Kind of dark and shabby in the common areas, didn't feel very neat and clean.

It was fairly cheap in price and is in a decent location near Bilbao and Alonso Martinez Metro stations. It was very clean in my room. Each room has a private bathroom.

The staff spoke no English. They tried to charge me twice for my room and it was very hard to tell them they were making a mistake. The refrigerator was broken in my room. It costs 1 Euro each time you unlock the safe in the room, which is a total ripoff. Other than these things, it's a fairly reasonably priced Hostal.
