Really good location, with everything within walking distance. Room and bathroom were a decent size, and the bed was nice and comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly, and wifi was good.
The hotel was clean, had comfortable beds, good shower and roomy bathroom, bed lamps for reading, desk and chair, strong wifi and was approximately quiet at night. Within walking distance of the Alhambra palace (30 min ) and near Capilla Real (5 min) The location suited us perfectly and the accommodation was good value for money.
very nice and helpful staff, very good location, close to main street, good wifi
very small room ( we had a double room and it was literally difficult to move)
Just loved all of it
Staff very cooperative
Receptionist refused to introduce the reservation we did via booking.com, did not provide us with extra bed we booked. extremely rude staff.
The hotel is very well located, right in the city centre. The facilities have a charming andalusian style and the staff is nice and helpful.
It gets noisy at night (we stayed on a saturday) making it difficult to stay asleep. The room is small and dark, which is fine for one night, but nothing more than that. The bathroom is very small.
The staff is very nice. The location is relative silent. Not far from city center.
a littel bit cold.
I doubt if there is a hotel in Granada with a better price/quality rate. The (real Spanish) hostal is run by a very kind, helpful family. Superclean, comfortable beds and excellent wifi due to routers on every floor. The street, around the corner of Granada's main shopping street and very close to the historical center, is quiet. The parking (as a guest you get a discount, so cheaper than most) is also close. Don't hesitate, book this gem!
Cozy bedroom with a balcony to view the city at the third floor. Great reception staff and nice snack/drink machines in the entrance.
Comfortable beds Central location Quiet neighbourhood
The wifi was bad Only spanish channels on tv
Clean. No English but a note is sticked on the wall at the counter where to catch buses to main attractions.
Room is a bit dark, since guests would be out most of the time and it shouldn't be a problem
The location is fair for the price, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the wi-fi was good.
The room was aggressively small, the walls thin enough to hear other guests in their rooms, and the bed was squeaky, but the worst was not changing a bed sheet that we accidentally stained and left removed, on the floor. They just re-made the bed with it, giant food stain and all. Some drunken street noise at night too, although that might have been just a bit of bad luck.
We enjoyed our stay everything was great
Location, affordability, helpful reception staff
Very nice and clean hostel. Nice traditional equipment. Practical balcony in the room. Stuff can speak english. In the centre of the town.
Short bed for 194 cm person. Small too (about 140 cm wide). Noisy street at night.
Clean and comfortable
The receptionist doesn't know English but he is helpful
Good value and location. Helpful staff.
Friendly staff upon check in and throughout stay. Central location was great. Price even better! Loved the air-con
1 long pillow on the double bed instead of 2 seperate pillows Shower was very small
very friendly and helpful staff, good location in centre, clean, well-maintained spacious double room with good air-con/TV.
noisy at night, the advert on booking.com doesn't make it clear that they add a percentage of VAT to the price so it's not as cheap as it first looks. This had to be explained to us by the hotel receptionist when we checked out. It is also quite difficult for taxis to reach as it is on a pedestrian street.
Excellent location, just two minutes walk from the square, where you can find all the great tap pas bars ,fantastic
Decent value for money...
The location of this hostal is not too great... its close to the central shopping area.. but there are no super markets close by.. need to walk to find them..
Staff was super nice! Everyone had lots of good recommendations of good things to see and do. The location was pretty central, and everything in Granada is at walking distance. Rooms were clean, big, and nicely decorated.
We had a comfortable stay. Wifi was good. The hotel was nice without being exceptional. Was good value for money.
Room wasn't quite as clean as we would have liked, we found a few hairs around the place; nothing major but also not perfect.
Great location, not hard to find and convenient for getting out and about. Quiet as well. Premises were clean though furnishings were not luxurious or new. Did the job for two nights. Really helpful front desk staff.
Room wasn't large but we didn't intend to spend a lot of time in it anyway as there was plenty to see and do.
