The hotel is located in the centre of Santiago, very near to the emblematic old part of the city, and is next to the University Campus.

A calm and pleasant environment, with a familiar and personalised treatment, has defined the hotel’s style for 30 years. Completely renewed in 2007, it has 56 rooms, all fully equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, central heating and free Wi-Fi internet access.

Cleanliness and roominess, unlike many European hotels. Staff were most helpful locating places to eat among other things. The security of a locked, secure garage an definite plus.

The room was spacious and clean - very good for a short break in a 3 star hotel

I thought breakfast was available at extra cost but it was actually available in the cafe next door which was a little strange. The worst thing about the hotel is the total lack of soundproofing and I was kept awake half the night on my 2nd night by the furniture dragging and what sounded like drunken ramblings of the people above.

Very clean and comfortable. There was planty of room and it was nice to have a large balcony. Staff were very accomodating when it came to parking.

Nice comfortable room with good wifi connection

Walls are thin and can hear snoring and coughing from next room. Bring earplugs!

Great value. Nicer than what one would expect for the price. Ownership obviously takes pride in hotel. Spotless room and bathroom, high quality sheets. Also good price for on site parking specially when compared to other local hotels.

Steps on entrance made it hard to get in and out with the stroller. Not suitable to someone on a wheelchair.

The rooms were really good value for money. The beds were comforable. The equipment (E.G., television, internet access) were as described, and worked well. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient for access to railway station, shops, cafes and Catherdal area. It was quiet at night.
