Nice enough hotel. Mediocre hotel, neither bad nor good. As other have said the walls are thin so a little noisey. Carpets in hallways very worn, seemed a bit overpriced in comparison to others I stayed in on same trip.

The hotel's close to the bus station&FEVE. So if you're not planning to visit Santander itself, but outer region, it ok to stay here. Quite far from city center and the beach. The room is too small and shabby for the price I've paid. And there were hairs on my sheet and pillow when I arrived!!! Don't they change sheets at all??????

Had a private bathroom which was great for the price. Room 12 faces the main road into santander and was the noisiest room I've ever stayed in. The reception staff are rude (our just very unfriendly I'm not sure which).

I enjoyed my stay, great staff and very helpful. Good location. The wifi does not work in the rooms it seems but no problem in public area. Thin walls and can be noisy because of other guests but a good pair of earplugs solve the problem.

La chica que me a tendio por la mañanas los dias Las luces del pasillo y la de las habitacion el pasillo las se deverian encender al paso de las personas y la habitacion llave para apagar la luz pequeña del lado de la tele sin necesidad de le vantarte de la cama y lo pronto que andan para el cobro

El personal es muy amable y realmente atento. También la limpieza es muy buena. No tiene ascensor. Huele mucho a humedad y se intenta disimular con spray de cine de los años 50. Respecto a la iluminación, no tiene lámpara de mesilla, sólo plafon de techo. No tiene enchufes para cargar móvil o encender el ordenador, salvo el del cuarto de baño.

Me ha parecido un Hotel en cuanto a precio- calidad recomendable. La limpieza es buena y, la ubicación excelente. Nos inclinamos por este hotel porque nos permitía ir andando al centro sin ningún problema y, porque está cerca de las estaciones de bus y tren, cosa muy importante si no vas en coche. Para un fin de semana está bien. Quizás, como nota a mejorar, señalaría que cuando hace calor no estaría de más disponer de aire acondicionado. Por lo demás, es correcto para pasar un fiin de semana agradable en la ciudad de Santander.

Pues mira, me ha gustado todo, porque la habitación estaba super limpia, los empleados del hostal eran encantadores, estábamos a un paso del centro y el precio muy absequible para estar en época alta . Lo único, me hubiera gustado tener mayor cantidad de geles en el cuarto de baño.

El personal del hostal, eran muy amigables y te ayudaban en todo lo que necesitaras. La escalera de acceso a las habitaciones, era excesiva para ir cargada con maletas. El precio, en consecuencia, era francamente excesivo.

La atención de la receoción La iluminación de las habitaciones de dos camas está mal gestionada. Estaría biem que cada cama tuviese su propia iluminación. La luz general resulta incomodísima.

La habitacion correcta pero las instalaciones comunes muy ajadas Sin cobertura para moviles en toda la zona de habitaciones. Esto sumado a lo viejo que se ve el estado de lsa instalaciones generales hacen que resulte carisimo. Por este precio nos deb erian acoger en el hotel 2 estrellas que tienen con el mismo nombre en la calle de detras .

La atención del personal del hostal ha sido muy buena. Estuvimos en dos habitaciones diferentes. La primera era bstante incómoda, no funcionaba la televisión y se escuchaba perfectamente a los vecinos de las habitaciones próximas. La segunda, en cambio, estaba reformada y era mucho más cómoda .
