Sevilla Inn Backpackers is a lively hostel located in the centre of Seville, only 200 metres from the Cathedral. It features a large terrace with great views of La Giralda.
Score from 102 reviews Good
The location - it is far from the train station (25 minute walk), but only 5 minutes from the bus station. Free breakfast. The building is lovely, creating a nice space to hang out. And they have a freezer. And multiple power sockets.
The kitchen was disgusting. But that is really mostly due to other guests (dishes left in the sink, food left out), as I did see a staff member cleaning some dishes which had been left. It didn't help that there was no hot water in the tap and no kettle, so everyone just washed the dishes in cold water (ewww). If you are happy to prepare food in a messy kitchen, or you will be eating out, then this place is fine. Coz it's cheap, you get breakfast and the location is right near the main sights.
the atmosphere was cool it was really nice to spend time with other international students
the room was cold heating system was insufficient
1) Friendly staff. the receptionist even allowed me to print out my ticket using their printer for free. 2) Free breakfasts. Only tea, coffee and toasts with jam. But the fact itself. 3) A comfortable living room.
1) No teapot in the kitchen. A lot of Spanish hostels don't have it - and I don't understand why. There are guests fron Great Britain, Eastern Europe, Scandinavian countries - all of them use teapots to boil water for tea or coffee. The teapot is very cheap, cheaper then microwave... Ok, people can use microwave to boil water... 2) Andalusian architecture with inner yard provides us with coolness... and it is a hell on winter. Spanish cities have no central heating and there was no heater in the hostel. Very cold, really.
the staff is very warmhearted
1.wifi always broken down,in the evening especialy. 2.kitchen usually dirty
Very inexpensive. Good location, close to Arts Museum and Las Setas and other good stores. Comfortable, quiet beds/rooms. Computer with Internet in lobby.
Not always cleanest. Didn't dare to venture much into the kitchen. Slow Internet and wi-fi. Company is a bit awkward.
close to everything.
Kitchen is dirty. They need to replace the toaster and microwave and remodel the kitchen. The pots are dirty and rusty. Under my bed had not been cleaned for weeks. Bathrooms were not very clean. Showers were either freezeing cold or scalding hot. Staff could not be bothered to interact with guests, maybe they did not speak good english but they made no effort to provide information about Seville or be pleasant.
Good beds, nice rooms with big lockers and hotspot for laid back young travellers making out great to meet others.
Could only find one shower that was any good as the other had temperature and pressure issues. The kitchen unfortunetly was a bit unclean. Hair on one of the beds.
The common area is very pleasant.
The wifi was extremely unreliable. The bathrooms could have been kept cleaner. Breakfast was chaotic.
great location, right in downtown. walking distance to bus station. staff is friendly and helpfull. interesting interier.
dorm rooms are facing lobby/lounge room so if guests stay there late for talking its really loud and bothers to sleep. staff is friendly and responsive but needs to speak english more fluent:)
How can call it breakfast? hh.. Can't charge phone cuz there only ONE electiric point in the room. So everybody stay common room to charge phone with a line. OMG. No coffee nor tea.
Excellent location (close to pedestrian and shopping street Calle San Eloy, which takes you right to the city center. Also within walking distance of Plaza de Armas bus station). Staff is very friendly at this hostel, already ready to assist. Nice interior design and architecture.
-cleanliness of bathroom and public areas was an issue at times.
Great hostel and highly recommended for its location and facilities! I especially liked its design, as they used the traditional Andalucian patio for displaying the rooms. Staff also friendly and helpful.
The wi-fi did not properly work at all times, and there was only one male toilet on the floor where I slept (there were others on the first floor though)
Central Good facilities
Nobody talked to each other. Sign o the times?
Good position, really close to the centre, to the bus station and to Parasol, easy to find. Good kitchen and common area.
People of the staff can't speak english
The livingroom was really good, with a lot of sofas and there you were able to meet the people that was staying at the hostel
the guys from the reception wasn't so helpfull. They never know where the best places were. The kitchen was really small and there were only one bathroom in the top for 3 rooms
good price and location
The Wifi connection is so bad and unstable even in the commun areas,,
Great hostel for backpackers. good location.
Not all persons at the reception speaks English..
Located in the old town but there are a lot of other hostels, too...
The bathrooms were not clean at all, the ceiling was almost black (molded) and the kitchen needs a general cleaning. I didn't want to cook there. Only saw a women cleaning one during 3 days. Bedrooms were quite okay.
Location is well. Staff is kindly
Breakfast is not like breakfast. It is really bad.
everything location, good place to meet people, friendly staff.
Friendly staff. They helped a lot.
The bed was uncomfortable. The room was small and crowded.
Good location. Ok place.
Had no sleep. Beds were very squeaky! Heaps of Mosquitos. Every time I started falling asleep I could hear one buzz past my ear.
Wifi good, and available throughout.
Kitchen was quite dirty and could do with a thorough clean.
Shared bathroom could have been cleaner.
