Friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. Good food large outside space
Having to swipe card for every drink
Surprisingly quiet at night. Short distance to the beach.
The food is not good. The capacity of the dining hall is far to small. Long waiting rows.
all inc meals, drinks, general environment good value for money, facilities good, 10 mins walk to dunes, 4E to yumbo, would stay again
rooms in need of refurbishment, musty smell in corridors, staff not that friendly
Rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpful. All facilities were easy accessible and sign posted. Good choice of activities to keep you busy and entertained. Recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gran Canaria.
Nice view and room
Terrible man at reseption. Only old people there.
The staff couldn't speak english at all. All inclusive package has a very limited separate menu which made me regret why i paid extra money for getting all inclusive package. We really didn't use it at all. The staff were not kind at all. and even for having more than one bottle of water for night til morning usage in our room , i had to argue with the guy.
Though we had to pay extra to guarantee a room with a sea view it was lovely to wake up each morning to this. The restaurant food was nice with ample choices. The bedroom cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. The location of this hotel is good with the Tropical Centre on it's door step.
The tea/coffee making machines were out of bounds at dinner time and I did miss my cup of tea then.
food very good staff good room cleaned and clean towels evary day bed changed regulare cleaner in room very good
had to paye extra for sea view sun lounges could have been cleaner round edge of pool needed cleaning
nice pools and helpful staff, good location
they have no rooms with double beds, only twin separate beds, internet connection is not included and often not functioning. Buffet food is terrible.
Great views of sea from room. Clean comfortable and spacious room. Friendly house-keeping staff (though no English). Good choice and quality of breakfast food, good pools and close access to beaches. Far enough (but not too far) from unpleasant Play del Ingles if you want to avoid grim and trashy tourism. Good access to airport bus.
Not enough staff on reception so often had wait a long time, and some of them were not very friendly. Some didn't have great English. They didn't always make an effort to smile, listen to and understand their guests. One of the reception managers was initially quite arrogant and dismissive, not wanting to even communicate with me. I had to actively ask him to speak with me and needed to remind him of the importance of courtesy and customer service. Staff at entrance of dining room unfriendly. I witnessed them turning away an elderly disabled couple who arrived a few minutes late for breakfast (it would not have been difficult to assist them with an alternative arrangement). Coffee machines at breakfast time produced very poor drinks and sometimes were not working. They were insufficient for numbers of people trying to access them. The lay out of the breakfast food was complicated (although the food and selection was of high standard). Very poor television equipment in the rooms (small, complicated to adjust volume, poor selection of channels), and a 15 euro deposit which was not made clear on arrival! No kettle, tea, coffee or fridge facilities in room. They were very slow to deal with very noisy and uncivil neigbours one night. I had to phone and visit reception four times. They did not even ensure that the unpleasant neigbours checked-out on time. They should have more concern about misbehaviour and noise from unruly guests during the carnival.
we went all inclusive, you are made to feel like a 3rd class citizen. bar staff are rude and serve paying customers first. all drinks are in small plastic cups whatever the time of day. the all inclusive package ends at midday so if you have a late flight you cannot have lunch - you have to had back your passes. we stayed on the 3rd floor, the hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment, the carpet in the hallway all worn away, it was threadbare and white where their was no carpet! location says near to beach - yes the end of the beach covered in stones you need to walk further along. reception staff all unhelpful, no greeting, or come again when we left. all we got when we handed cards in was room number and a grunt! Full of germans who push and do not queue. Food was cold, not warm but stone cold, I had scrambled egg one morning and spat it out as it was so cold as if just taken out the fridge. food v repetitive dish up the same thing each day. entertainment a joke - same old croaner playing the piano each night. would not go back - nothing to do of an evening unless you pay for cabs into the centre of playa de ingles
Staff could be more pleasant and friendly; lacking in effencency all round All inclusive deal leaves a lot to be desired
Get a room with balcony in the shadow - and then pay another 9 Euro per day after change. Seems to be part of a system to get more income.Awaiting your comments. Next time I book another hotel.
most things very good
no staff to help find at breakfast time.could do with better allocation for seating
The photos do not depict the true conditions. The rooms are smaller and older than they appear. Breakfast was rich in quantity but poor in quality. Bevarage automatic machines are only available to cash in and not to delivery the products.Unfriendly bartender
The location, hotel pools &foyer were lovely
Room no view coming from a city you need a view pool or sea, no hairdryer in room in 2014 and could not hire for 3 days cause were all in use ,rooms are in need of a up-grade in my opinion
Espacially, Breakfast was very good.
near to the promenade, big lunch, quiet room
The place very near to the beach,
Small room, the balkon over the ventilation from the kitchen.
Very good location and cuisine. We took breakfast and dinner. It was amaizing food, very tasty!!!
We paid extra money for view to the see. Reciotion not friendly!!!and gave us Room №412. not see view, view to nearest hotel. We were very disappoint. Hotel was full. Only Germany pensioners. And best rooms gave to them and Spanish also. There were so many people, very noisy on breakfast and dinner. Was a line to a restourante.
food is good with a lot of variation in the offer close enough to the centre nice enough room view (get a seaview room) room cleaning is good
staff tends to be unfriendly or not enjoying their work (with exceptions) huge ammount of people hotel is oldish rooms need refurbishment and better sound insulation
The bed and the view.the
The facilities in the room ( no hairdryer. No iron. No soap replaced in bathroom. No shampoo replaced) dining room at breakfast time like a cattle mart.
There only two strong points in this hotel: the location is perfect close to everything in Playa del Ingles. The half board is good, the food was delicious and various.
The room is awful, very small like a cage for hens with dirty carpet and a lot of dust. The furniture is outdated. The pools are very small, we have seen only 2 and there are not enough sunbeds. The personel is not friendly and helpful at all and speaks badly other languages than Spanish. The internet is 6 euros/day. We were very disappointed, such an unpleasant experience. We will never return. So if you take the room only to sleep there is fine, otherwise avoid this hotel.
Sea view from balcony was great. Close to bus station.
Reception was always understaffed. Reception staff themselves were good but often had to wait several minutes to be seen
good position(near to the beach and a small shopping centre) breakfast is not bad sometimes you got a free show in the conference hall
wifi is not free
