Hotel El Puntazo  

Very clean and fresh smelling everywhere in the hotel. Good choice of food in the dining room and always a chef on duty to cook something freshly for you.

No room service and kettle would not work without having to hold the plug in all the time

Friendly and helpful Staff. Food beyond our expectations. Very comfortable bed - absolutely no problems sleeping. Everything worked that should work ! Will definitely stay there again.

Good location and very helpful staff.

My wife and I thought the location was superb, just across the road from the beach or a short walk to one of many beach bars offering loungers and serving very good food. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was very good with plenty of variation. Also the pool and all communal rooms were well maintained and our room was very quiet. The staff were helpful whenever approached for help or assistance. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and also a good bus service to nearby towns.

The toilet roll holder in our bathroom was not user friendly. The paper kept tearing off inside the holder and it had to be fished out occasionally.

The grounds,pool and gardens are well looked after and clean.

The Junior Suites are spacious but very dated ,the furniture reminds me of Butlins 20years ago,,the restaurant for breakfast is badly mannned and many guests were unaware that there was fried and scrambled eggs available because nobody was attending that station also the tables were cluttered with used crockery for long periods

The pictures on booking do not correspond to the junior suite. Although it says there is Wi-fi, we didn't have it in our room (322). One of two burners in the kitchen didn't work and the utensils for the kitchen were limited. We actually had to buy a pan and other things there. The bed is extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. Sewage Smell from the pipes in the bathroom (sometimes). Overall it seems like poor value for your money (if you visit during the peak season).

We liked everything . The room was good, the hotel was good, as well as the location, nearby the beach, everything was very clean . It was quiet ( June), the food was good, the staff was friendly.

The only thing we did not like was the coffee in the bar. Huge cups with awfull tasting coffee in it.

The hotel is in the centre of Mojacar opposite the beach. There are many lovely beach bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness was excellent.

Unfortunately doing up pool area / landscaping during stay so nowhere to sit comfortably outside. Bar area lacked atmosphere but maybe because hotel very empty. Rooms ok but tired and in need of refurbishment.

Esta enfrente de la playa,el desayuno esta muy bien, la piscina y la zona para tomar el sol es muy agradable,la habitación era amplia, con vistas a la piscina.El baño bien y todo limpio.

El mobiliario es típico de un alojamiento de playa,esta bien conservado, pero le falta confortabilidad.El colchón un poco duro.En el baño eche de menos algo mas de articulos de higiene como gorro de ducha o pañuelos y si los tienen disponibles en recepción deberían indicarlo.

nos ha encantado el servicio de comedor,tanto para desayuno como para cena.Era de una gran calidad y variedad.Nos ha encantado tambien la amplitud de la habitación,el balcón espacioso y las vistas,que aunque no eran directas al mar se podia apreciar perfectamente.Es un hotel muy acogedor y seguro que repetimos y además con más amigos.Muchas gracias.

jejeje,sólo teníamos problemas con el dispensador de papel higienico que siempre se atascaba y me hubiera gustado tener una cama de matrimonio en lugar de dos,aunque imagino que no haya sido posible por las reservas que tuvieras previas,auque lo especificamos al hacer la reserva,pero que de todas formas hemos estado muy a gusto y cómodos.
