The receptionist was very helpful and also speak Italian fluently
location is perfect, near to the main street and cathedral .it's very helpful for traveller with carrier ,staff is nice and hotel is clean
i really can't think anything
The location was great. Staff was very nice and helped us with directions and information. The hotel is situated in a street full of pubs and tapas bars. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom and the patio was very nice. I highly recommend this place!
Breakfast was good.
Location. WIFI. Staff very good. Car Parking was good but very expensive. Surrounded by very good Bars and restaurants though anything but Tapas was quite expensive. The bus to take us up to the Alhambra (C3) was very close and at €1.20 good value. Hotel was quiet at night.
Did not have a bad experience but there are a few things that would have been nice to have, The bed was a small double (I am not) and was on castor wheels, so moved every time I did. Would have been nice to have Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room to replace if necessary the poorly stocked mini bar. A Bar/Restaurant in the hotel would make a nice addition. Breakfast in the hotel was good but the Tea, although extensive varieties were offered, was spoiled by the absence of ordinary Breakfast Tea.
Very good directions provided by the hotel by e-mail prior to arrival.
The location - easy to get everywhere, and it was quite confortable.
Internet and one atendant at the frontdesk was not very helpfull. Also there was no frigobar in our room.
Vi ew of Alhambra from our room on the top floor, central location & comfort
The ambiance. You could put on the music, and the music playlist they had was excellent.
Instead of a double bed, we were given two single beds. It might´ve been comfortable enough, if only the beds didn't slide everytime we slept on the middle.
The room and bathroom were clean. Spacious bathroom and big enough room. Fridge in room. Brilliant location! Helpful staff.
Helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable rooms
The hotel was in a great location; very clean and full of character. Its central location surrounded by bars and restaurants was just perfect, and only a short distance to Alhambra.
The staff were most unhelpful, almost rude at times. We could not get a coffee when we wanted either, we had to wait for the buffet breakfast. Parking was also poor and very expensive.
Location. Right in the heart of central Granada, five minutes from Cathedral and town square and approx 15 min walk to the beautiful monastery. Overall, hotel clean and comfortable. Only thing lacking was tea/coffee making facilities
No facilities in room to make tea or coffee, and no hot drinks available in hotel, apart from at breakfast.
Staff were kind, helpful and very polite, location fantastic for everything you need in Granada. Breakfast lady lovely - will cook you good eggs and bacon if requested in addition to a comprehensive buffet. Rooms cleaned well, quite small but with good bathrooms, not enough electrical sockets to charge iPads etc. Excellent tapas nearby
Raucous pub outside, difficult to get to by car, would like a kettle in the room
Staff helpful about luggage and car parking. Price Location in centre of Granada Breakfast was good but not OTT! Room was clean and bed moderately comfortable. WiFi the best we have experienced in any hotel of any star rating
Could have done with another blanket Outlook, but that is the price you pay for a good price and central location Peeling paint at the bottom of the bathroom door Power points sparse
Nice staffs(Especially, at the breakfast). Great location. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.
Room is a little bit tiny for 2 adults and a child, but worth for the money.
This is a great location, near some excellent tapas bars, a short walk to the Plaza Nuevo where the Tourist Office is located, and ideally located to follow the river to the Sacromento or climb up to the Albaicin.NB The Archeological Museum by river is closed for repairs. The hotel is beautifully decorated with the rooms around a central internal patio. The breakfast buffet was good value at 5euros.
There is no bar.
Also clean and quiet.
After reading reviews about street noise we were pleased to find that the room was quiet. The hotel breakfast buffet was very good. The location was perfect. Would recommend it and also stay there again.
Large room. Good beds. fantastic views
That view from our room. Breakfast staff and reception all helpful.
The stairs we had to climb to access the room and view from where the lift stopped.
ease of parking ,good staff, location to sites and transport.
bit of a noisy place to stay. Some due to renovation of old hotel opposite.
Hotel was very central. Very good price for 3* enjoyed a free guided tour from the hotel.
Opposite a Irish Pub
Everything. Staff, location, level of services delivered.
Close to the shops, bars and transportation.
The room does not have a window to see outside but center hall so it was noisy.
