Location is ok, room is small, but very clean.

Very noisy,I can not sleep in the room, firstly the stuff cleans other room very early, you can hear everything outside in the room, secondly downstairs is the break first room, very very noisy.

Excellent room, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was also very good in terms of options.

We asked for a non-smoker room, but it smelled like cigarrettes.

Good location, efficient team, excellent Wi-Fi connection.

We asked for a double bed, we found 2 individual beds put together. I am used to that, so I thought it was ok. These beds had wells so it was very hard for them to stay together...

The location is great and Bodega La Mancha next door is a great place to eat. The wifi was good.

The cleaning was a bit poor and you had to ask for extra shower gel al the time.

Well maintained hotel very close to the Cathedral, great staff, underground parking in a building in front of the hotel (you need to leave the car key at the reception)

    WiFi was a bit slow

the curtains did not close it was like sleeping in a shop window. WE counted over thirty tapas bars within 100 metres of the hotel. Noise pollution from the bars was annoying to say the least

Overall good. Breakfast serice poor as the person is not aware of the stock of cofee etc

Afer arriving in Granada finding the palce was difficult. More info about finding the hotel would have been helpful.

Great location. Easy access to bus lines. Felt clean. Staff was very friendly.

No iron! Not even one you can borrow from the front desk. Also, no electrical outlets near the bed.

The situation is good, the price is cheap, and all of the workers of the hotel are friendly. Wifi is fast enough for the mobile phone.

The hotel is very old, the key is normal key, and our room door is a little bit difficult to be opened. And bathroom is not big as those photos, bathtub is not clean enough. And the worst place is BED. The so called 'double bed' is not just two separate beds, but are two beds with wheels!

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was very good. Booking information was clear, with a map detailing how to drive to the hotel because of Granada restricted roads. Breakfast facilities were fine with very helpful staff. A lot of very goods I know, but that's how we found it.

Woken a couple of times by noise in the middle of night, but that's an hotel.

Right in the center of it all! Literally a minute's walk to the historic city center, plus you can wander the other way and discover the steep little streets on the other side of the city. Very unique interior design, the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom looks as amazing as it did in the pictures here. There are buses 3 and 33 that go to the bus station from the hotel's proximity. Very nice staff.

Our room 105 was on the first floor and far away from the others, which wouldn't be a problem. However, we were probably right above the kitchen or the breakfast space, because every morning, we were woken up by a loud clatter of cutlery and dishes.

Wanted a central location for 24 hour stopover. Easy parking with hotel or in St Augustin underground. Area feels drab in day but comes to life at night, lots of good bars. Good air-con and quiet room.

Our fellow travellers had a room over the street. It was noisy at night..but they like all windows open! So can close these and use aircon.

Excellent location near to the Cathedral and old town sights.

Our room only had a short-sighted industrial outlook....par for the course I suppose in these old cities.....other rooms obviously had little balconies looking over the street.

Staff very helpful. Location excellent. Breakfast buffet very good.

Some interior places needed painting, like for eg.the lift area and walls. The orange/red colour is not very appealing and the seating in the reception area is not attractive. Also the outside front door area does not look very clean/inviting.
