Terrific location. Could walk or take bus to everything. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very nice. Staff very helpful with directions and recommendations.
Moorish style hotel with a central courtyard. The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee the best I've ever had in a hotel.
We booked late so the only room available was on the ground floor overlooking the reception. Very gloomy but a nice size.
Ambience Position Helpful staff
Good location for walking to The Alhambra and also for the Cathedral, Markets and Restaurants. Wifi connection was excellent. Were able to park car in the Car Park opposite although the price was quite high.
Location, great being right in the middle of Granada. Comfy bed. Quiet. Breakfast had something for everyone. Good wifi connection.
The room looked out to a wall.
Hotel staff were helpful and cheery. The location of the hotel was perfect - near shops, tourist attractions, bus routes, and plenty of restaurants.
Other hotel guests were noisy when leaving early (4.30am) and the regular 6am phone call at reception which could be heard up to the third floor was a little irritating. Bed spread wasn't the cleanest but the rest of the room was very clean.
The location of the hotel is great, every highlight is in walking distance. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.
We asked for a double bed in our reservation (6 weeks before arrival), but they did not arrange that for us. There is no cheap parking space nearby (just park it 10min from the hotel and take a bus back in to town).
The location was excellent, however the stairs on entry to the hotel were a little difficult at the end of a sightseeing day for those with impaired mobility. The staff were friendly particularly the cleaning team. The young man on reception was very helpful in providing directions to the nearest beach.
There was no tea / coffee facilities in the rooms and we had to rely on reception staff for hot drinks outside of breakfast time, which wasn't hot!
Noise at night
The stunning architecture of the patio interior with its surrounding galleries. The tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. The truly friendly attitude of the staff in all departments. The more than adequate variety of the food at the buffet breakfast
Right in the center of the action! Very easy access to Granada's attractions.
Bed too small for a couple. Unless the couple is very short and thin, I recommend room with two beds.
The staff at this hotel are excellent. Friendly and courteous. Very good stay.
Nothing especially, but it's located really well, just in the centre of Granada They have parking just in front of the hotel 18 euro's/night. Check in parking at 13, check out 13, extra hours 1.78 euro.
Thin walls, Small double bed, Shitty elevator ( don't use it ), Old comunist furniture Retarded staff If's you're a heavy drinker, to bad, hotel's front door is locked at midnight and they have a really retarded staff, easier to get in the pentagon at that hour, i think very loudly neighborhood, just in the old town, a lot of bars around, drinking till 5 am
Central location, close to shops & sights. Friendly staff Bag drop service pre & post check in/check out.
Almost couldn't book in as my husband didn't have his passport/driving licence or any ID with him. We were told by staff it's "obligatory". However a Spanish friend in Granada told us it is not!
Good location in the city, attentive staff, clean and generally comfortable hotel
Because it is right in the centre, getting there with the car and parking is quite a challenge. We decided to pay a taxi driver to lead us there after quite some stress in figuring out how to get there. Also, expect to hear the people partying on the street at night.
Helpful staff- English speaking, amazing location, parking, quiet, comfortable and solid wifi
Really cheap for the quality. The hotel was probably obtained from an older and higher category one: it still keeps the big rooms and the atmosphere of old elegance, but with cheaper accomodations. Location is in the centre.
Location is ok, room is small, but very clean.
Very noisy,I can not sleep in the room, firstly the stuff cleans other room very early, you can hear everything outside in the room, secondly downstairs is the break first room, very very noisy.
Excellent room, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was also very good in terms of options.
We asked for a non-smoker room, but it smelled like cigarrettes.
Helpful and friendly staff Nice room, large bathroom
Noise from the street at night
Staff very efficient and friendly
One member of our party was in a room opposite a very noisy bar and got no sleep until the bar closed at 5 am. Other members heard no noise and got good sleep. Be careful of the room you are allocated.
friendly stuff quiet room clean central
bed was making noises so i had to put the matrace in the ground
great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff
the view from the room was totally uninspiring and the window was very small
Excellent location in the older part of town close to Alhambra, market, , good restaurants within short walk
Good location, efficient team, excellent Wi-Fi connection.
We asked for a double bed, we found 2 individual beds put together. I am used to that, so I thought it was ok. These beds had wells so it was very hard for them to stay together...
