THe restaurant....excellent. The staff excellent
The cleanliness of the place. There was mold all over the shower. The little ledge in the shower contained reminants of the previous (or previous before that) nail files a shampoo container tops along with dust and dirt from at least a month ago
loacation, inner gardens, perfect view at terrace
no wifi connection at rooms, slow reception service
Great atmoshere and beautiful decoration. Shabby chic!
Architecture was fabulous; I loved my room with its beams, chintz and small patio; an ensuite bathroom with smart marble walls, a bath and a shower. The salon, courtyards and the impressive piano bar all added to the ambience. All the staff were excellent, most spoke English; they were always very helpful. I was also impressed by my room's cleanliness. The location was also perfect for exploring the district of Santa Cruz, the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, the Flamenco Museum, the nearby parks and the River Guadalquiver. I would definitely stay at Las Casas De La Juderia again and I extended my stay.
Occasionally the internet connection was broken. I need to plug in my laptop and there were no plugs available in the salon. It worked well in my room most of the time though, which was not expected.
I enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel even if it was quite difficult to get your way around. It gave the feeling of having your own little corner of a big house. Lots of nooks and crannies where you could get away from other people. All with different feels about them. The staff were very helpful specially getting our car in and out of the garage as it was a little confusing. The piano bar is excellent, beautifully decorated, very cozy and with great service, although it would be good if it stayed open at least until midnight. The position is great, in the middle of the old town part of the city with easy access to great sight seeing areas and good restaurants and shops. Great shower.
Floors were quite noisy, although this is common in old style hotels. Doors could be quite hard to open/close.
The actual hotel and the layout and rooms was fabulous. the staff were friendly and excellent
No wifi except int he main lounge…and the heating is turned off here by 10.30 or 11pm!! Very inconvenient that no wifi available int he rooms. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room which is really annoying. The linen an dowels etc look a bit tired.
Very close to cathedral and alcazar.
Wifi not good in room
A hotel full of character, right in the middle of the old city and within walking distance of the key sights.
Really interesting hotel, located in walking distance to attractions, amazing restaurants & bars, stayed 3 nights in room number 1, huge & very comfortable, friendly reception
room was a bit dark, limited lighting in sleeping, sitting area.
the building and the neighbourhood
Once u find yourself and your room, it's a very good hotel but,
But, if u get a far room, it takes 10 minutes To find the room. Most of the time u need help....
Like the location and the Andalusian style of the hotel.
The rooms desperately need a renovation. Bathroom facilities in our Junior suite were not up to the luxury standard that we paid for (no heater in the bath room, leaking shower head and poorly insulated cabin door).
Heating did not work in the first room we were given and we had to move to another.
Stylish and charming hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful- courteous and helpful.
No Wifi in the rooms but this is to be expected with a historic property. It was a small price to pay for such a nice place.
Very quirky hotel.
I loved finding a new "patio" every time I got lost looking for my room and the beatiful plants every where you looked at. The decoration was just perfect and the terrace and the views were superb. Without any doubt, it´s the best place you can stay in Sevilla.
a quartier within a quartier, wonderful courtyards, secret passages and tunnels, glorious stuff!
Very nice atmosphere. The hotel has 168 rooms in probably 5-8 buildings but they are all connected as if it was one. Difficult to find the room. Internet only in the lobby.
The Hotel Las Casas de la Judería is simply fantastic and charming. A maze or corridors and patios with wonderful Roman and !7th-century artifacts are encountered everywhere. The staff was most gracious and helpful. I will definitely stay there again
I like everything, including the restaurant and the wonderful piano bar.
Spa not worth it
The situation in the town. It is in the center.
Too expensive for the quality. I was not clean
Central location lovely charming atmosphere Very welcoming
no car park town car park expensive. pool bar not open and appears no other bar service available. but plenty of bars in street,
Location , staff and beautiful building
Loved the situation, all the beautiful courtyards and the different houses, the underground walkway to connect the houses, the location, the lovely room and being in the old town so near to everything.
Wifi only in reception areas but understand why as the hotel was so spread out so didn't mind this at all. Reception lounge was beautiful.
Total absence of wifi, even not working well (very, very slow!!!) in the lobby Which could be at a few minutes walking from one's room. TV quite poor (channels, quality of image), hard bed, etc. Not worth the price despite its very good location and its quite astonishing style
