Great location, really intriguing hotel with underground passages and beautiful courtyards.

Room underneath the swimming pool sounded like we were in a boat. Very damp shower area due to leaking shower.

The hotel was amazing - full of little passages that lead into different courtyards and open spaces - so much character! I couldn't fault anything - rooms were clean, breakfast was good, staff helpful and knowledgeable. When I return to Seville I will certainly be staying here and have already recommended it to friends.

The location is perfect, right near the main attractions and with a number of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is a fascinating section of the old barrio, with lots of small "streets" joining the courtyards.

It would have been nice to have had somewhere less formal than the restaurant to get a coffee, or to have been able to get a coffee in the courtyard near the restaurant. There was too little space in the pool area and not always someone there to serve at the bar

Lovely the style of the building and the location.

disappointed with the room. double bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was frankly awful - broken tiles , shower had mold and black marks , the whole bathroom needed refurbishing. very noisy air con unit .

Location., Room quality with separate sitting room, good bathroom facilities. Great breakfast. Good value for money compared with what was available at local cafes. The interesting layout of the hotel. Nice change from standard offerings.

Staff not always as helpful as could be expected from this level of hotel

It was extremely clean. You can't beat the location- only one building from the beach!

To step out of the heat of the street into this charming hotel was an absolute pleasure. Lots of pretty courtyards and walkways lead to bedrooms in all directions. Our superior double was huge, comfortable and beautifully airconditioned. The location is excellent with a carpark round the corner. Heartily recommend this jewel.

Shower was much too hot. Couldn't turn down temperature

The hotel is a series of individual old Seville houses linked by passages and courtyards. Despite the fact that the houses are old, the conversion includes lifts and our room (95), which was the lowest grade, was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The service was very good and the staff helpful. The rooftop swimming pool and bar is quirky but fun. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something a bit different and authentic in the beautiful city of Seville.

    I can't think of anything I didn't like!

the hotel itself was fantastic and quirky . within walking distance of main sights

having to carry your own hot drinks from the breakfast room to the dining area. walking down steps with hot drinks could be a health and safety risk. Really wouldn,t be a hardship for staff to serve hot drinks at your table.

    Location and looks.

Our windows were facing the noisy street and it was annoying especially at night.

The hotel was lovely. The reception staff was terrific, especially Cristina. She was kind and courteous, making us feel very welcomed. The building itself was amazing, its many twists and turns and underground spa made for a wonderful adventure. Location was spot on as well, lovely plaza across the way with great breakfasts and afternoon drinks and walking distance to everything.

Can't think of a thing we did not like.

The location is excellent, with a good middle-eastern restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the city center. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was substantial with a lot of choice.

The room was very small, and the view was not nice.

Most interesting hotel I ever stayed in because of layout. Multiple houses in the old city, connected by walkway and tunnel Great location, pleasant staff, good value. I strongly recommend.

Our bathroom very hot, not air conditioned.

Very close to the sights in Sevilla. Staff spoke good English. Roof top pool was great for relaxation in the sun. The history of the hotel was a not to miss sight in itself. Quiet spacious room with Spanish flair

Morning coffee in the room would be nice but room service was fast

Perfect location, excellent restaurant both for dinner and buffet breakfast. Enjoyed the jetted tub and separate shower. Pool area was also very nice with pretty views of the city and sunset. Hotel is a collection of older homes and has lots of character and charm.

Room was very far from the public areas of the hotel, required a lot of walking through a maze of corridors and up stairs. Also room was small and bed was not very comfortable. Staff was not as responsive as we would have wished though they have their hands full dealing with travelers of múltiple nationalities and languages.

The location in the heart of the old town is superb . Room sizes are restricted - but this is a very old and magnificent group of buildings.

Finding the hotel by car and then parking is a stressful experience. WiFi only in reception area.

Great location. Interesting hotel with many sitting areas and even a rooftop pool

Our room only had small windows near the ceiling making it dark. The bathtub did not have an attachment for the hose on the wall which made it difficult to bathe. Internet was only available in the common areas and not in the room. These factors definitely detracted from the loveliness of the hotel and the location.

Not much light in the room (difficult to see / bathroom was ok though.
