Location and clean
Noise from the pallet jack being used at 6 am from grocery store
Location was great. Within walking distance to the main attractions. Loads of Restaurants, Bars and Shops to choose from all close to hotel. Staff helpful and friendly.Good sized room. Very clean throughout.
Our room felt stuffy so had aircon on which was too loud to sleep through, so we couldn't leave it on all night.
near everything i wanted to see
It's very noisy Bed isn't very comfortable
- 24h open - best position in the old town - good night life around
- no possibility for car parking
Location, helpful staff, bathroom facilities quite good, coffee facilities happened to be a very nice bonus
Internet was a disaster. The single room I got had a window which opened to the corridor, but was OK since I came there to sleep over only
Room size great , very clean very helpfull
Noise early in the morning from grocery store across the street early early
The breakfast was a combination of hot and cold. It had an array of cold cuts, yogurt, cereals etc, as well as hot foods like beans and other stuff.
The bathroom toilet, though it had definitely been cleaned, smelled as if there was a sewer leak somewhere in the tubing beneath the toilet.
Lovely big room with a sunny terrace. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Free tea, coffee, juice, biscuits and orange wine.
Wifi connection was poor. Only worked in downstairs area and even there the signal was weak.
Excellent service good location Worth of value Pleasant Stay
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Value is excellent. Only a 10 min walk to town for shopping and restaurants.
Very good location. Very good look and comfort. So typic and close with center
Expensive parking but very close
- Clean charming rooms - Free coffee/tea and cookies all day - Walking distance to main attractions
- Avoid at all cost rooms on the ground floor next to reception (noisy guests chatting in the hall). - Avoid rooms facing the street, there's a supermarket facing the hotel, which means delivery trucks early morning. - Wifi is poor almost everywhere.
Staff was friendly and coffee shop service was awesome! Loved the location and while the room might not have been the largest or newest, it was a clean comfortable starting point to wander the city.
Very close to the airport, between terminals. Room condition was OK, not a new hotel buy stays clean. Less than 10 minute walk from the metro and right next to bestwestern hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast was buffet style with limited cooked food but with a good choice of continental breakfast. Refreshments and snacks were always available on the dining room from breakfast time till 10 pm. Room was comfortable with nice bathroom
very nice and clean hotel close to the center, we had a room with a spacious terrace which we didn't expect, comfortable bed, cafeteria with free coffee and tea in the hotel. Overall excellent value for money
wifi was very weak, AC on terrace was quite loud, if you want to switch your AC off and let the terrace door open during the night to have some fresh air you cannot sleep very well.
Staff were kind, it was clean, free drinks, good location.
The WiFi signal was poor in the room
Great Hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and bright. Excellent location for all City sights. Would highly recommend.
Great location, friendly staff, the room and the bathroom good and comfortable, breakfast was very good, free coffee and tea for the whole day, Wi-Fi connection was not a problem, unlike our other experience in the hotels located in the old city's buildings. Good value for the price. thanks!
Liked the Andalusian atmosphere the hotel created as well as the location.
Because the receptionists did not speak very good English, when I asked for the opening times of any nearby peña flamenca, the lady told me instead the closing times (viz. 11pm); and I ended up not catching any flamenco performance - which is the main attraction in Seville.
